I encountered Elite Parking just yesterday when attending my first Braves game of the season. I am 8 months pregnant and was with my mother-in-law, 2 sister-in-laws and 15 month old niece. We were out for a girls day at the ballpark, and opted to park in in the Elite lot for $10. We pulled in per the parking attendants instructions, and p er his wishes, we adjusted our vehicle 3 times. He continued to harass us about the way we were parked, but upon getting out we realized that our car was not parked any differently than the other vehicles in the lot. When we told the attendant this, he told us that if we didn't move our car, he would have it towed. We asked to speak with a manager, and he told us he was the President of the company - yeah, right buddy. He repeated we would have to leave. Telling a group of women with a child and a pregnant lady they were going to have to find somewhere else to go, and the extremely rude way in which he did it, was not how he should have handled the situation. His complete lack and understanding of customer service was atrocious. Instead of working with us, he proceeded to get a dopey cop to come over to have us move instead of simply admitting he was wrong. His smug, self-entitled attitude does not serve his company well. If you are going to a Braves game, it is worth paying the extra $2 dollars to park in the Braves lot where the attendants could not have been any nicer. Outside of the ballpark, I would recommend going with Eagle Parking (with which I've had the pleasure of working with before) instead of employing the rude and belittling employees of Elite Parking
