I'm very pleased Elite Hardwood Floors Co.'s work. Vic replaced some of my bamboo flooring which had been improperly laid, and did a great job for a pretty reasonable price. He also refinished another floor for me and did an excellent job. All the work was done on time and within budget. I'd definitely back to him for more work if needed. more

Satisfied. 10/9/2014

I have been a customer of Elite Hardwood Floors for about three months and I have had them do a couple of jobs. The finished product is very nice. Vic is always there to handle issues. The only reason it is a four is because there were some tidiness issues but all in all it was good. more

Elite Hardwood Floors Co has a very friendly staff. The installer was a great and worked on the hardwood floors and stairs in my house. It turned out real nice. The only downside was the finisher because he did not show up for the times he said he would. Or he showed up late. Other than that, the quality of the floors was very good. more

I hired Elite Hardwood Floors to refinish and fix the hardwood floors in the main area of a house that I am selling. Their customer service was great. They were very prompt. They did a really good job on the floors, they look gorgeous! more

We had our living room floor refinished, and it looks absolutely beautiful. Elite Hardwood Floors Co. did a fabulous job. They took really good care of our house. Getting the project scheduled was a little more of a challenge than we anticipated, but they were really good at communicating once the project was started. more

No complaints 11/5/2013

I'm a general contractor so I have him do all of my hardwood jobs. He's very good. I'm pretty big on customer service and he always does the job right. Never had any issues with him try to upsell anything without talking to me first and haven't had any complaints from customers. Trillion Construction more

Everything went as smoothly as possible. 10/15/2013

Elite Hardwood Floors Co. resurfaced our hardwood floor and stained it. It went perfectly smoothly. There was a small little blemish at the end of the job, but they came right out and fixed it the very next day. The people who did the job were very friendly. We didn't see them too much because we were gone for the weekend. The product ended up being perfect for us and they fixed all the things that weren't. more

Very satisifed with the end result. 10/10/2013

Elite Hardwood Floors did some laying of new hardwood. We had taken out a wall and was filling up the space. They sanded and refinished the floor as well. The workers were all very nice and friendly, competent. I definitely would recommend them. They do very nice work and are responsive. I've called other companies, but none were as responsive. I've actually worked with Elite Hardwood Floors before through one of my contractors. Their work is always beautiful. more
