Elite Hardwood Floors Co has a very friendly staff. The installer was a great and worked on the hardwood floors and stairs in my house. It turned out real nice. The only downside was the finisher because he did not show up for the times he said he would. Or he showed up late. Other than that, the quality of the floors was very good.
