I moved from Texas last year and have been miserable without decent Mexican food. El Guapo- finally! Free soda refills- unheard of here. Tri-color chips with three salsas. Our entrees were fresh and quick. My fajita was fabulous (ditto guacamole!); my fiance's enchiladas didn't look or taste as if they'd just come out from under a heat lamp, as so many do. The only bad things were the price of iced tea ($2.50- are you kidding?) and the noise level. When we arrived on a Saturday night the music on speakers was too loud, and once the (very good) guitar player began we weren't able to speak to each other for the rest of the meal. I hope the noise problem can be fixed, because great food is great, but you like to talk to your dinner partners! Overall, the absolute best Mexican I've found in the Boston area.
Pros: food, free soda refills, value
Cons: noise, slow service
