everything went smoothly 1/15/2014

from beginning to end the guys at edwards were honest and reliable, every time I called they had information for me about my car and i havent had an issue with it since I picked it up. more

i work in customer service so it was nice to go somewhere that actually had customer service lol, the manager was very nice and made sure that i understood exactly what they were doing to my envoy before they started the work so im thankful for that. more

the guys have done great work on my truck, i've had to bring it back once or twice but they have always had it fixed and back on teh road in the same day. more

i wasn't able to leave the vehicle because of my job but jay was nice enough to work with me and get it all figured out while I waited in their lounge, hes a great guy! more

Jay was very helpful and polite the entire time that i decided to wait while they looked at my car. it took them a few hours to fully inspect it so I wouldn't suggest waiting lol but they did a fantastic job! more

these guys are very competitive about their pricing, I mentioned that the guys next door did their service for a little less and then edwards showed me their coupon for 89.00, guess I was wrong lol. more
