I recently had a terrible experience at Edwards Transmission. I had a scheduled appointment and showed up 30 minutes early. Right away the person who I believed to be the manager ,started complaining about how he was short 1 person and things were backed up. Maybe I might want to come back another day. I stated no because I had a scheduled appointment. About 2 hours later I went back in hopes of my vehicle being finished to find out they had just pulled it in the shop. Then the manager started complaining again how bad his day was, which that wasn't my problem. I said I made an appointment and was told it would be about 1 hour and then nothing was done. Then he started to say that there might be more wrong than what I had scheduled my appointment for. So I gave him the benefit of the doubt and said when could I schedule another appointment. His response to that was I don't really care when you come in because obviously it doesn't matter if you make an appointment or not! At this point I was very upset and left with my car not fixed. I did not go back and will never recommend this place of business to anyone. They were not professional and I felt didn't really seem to care about me or my safety driving my car with a potential problem. Needless to say I drove by AAMCO transmissions and scheduled an appointment and they did everything possible to help me and were extremely helpful and very professional. So, go to AAMCO if you need this type of work done on your vehicle!
