Search and Fix 4/16/2015

Time and dedication was the key to Econo Air's success. I had a problem with the a/c that was very difficult to figure out. Econo Air sent over a guy to examine my system. At first, he couldn't figure out the source of the problem, but he kept on searching. It took him some time to isolate the issue, but as soon as he found out what was wrong he fixed it quickly. The amount of dedication that he put into his job was inspiring and saved me from having to spend massive amounts just trying to discover what was wrong. more

Very Good! 4/16/2015

Often air conditioning companies are bad at communicating. They come in, fiddle around in the ducts, then take your money with no explanation as to where it is going. Jose was very thorough in telling me everything about the service, and an excellent example of the wonderful staff at Econo-Air. more

In Short, Outstanding. 4/16/2015

Once again, Econo-Air SAVED THE DAY. The dual capacitor was bad, and (as they let us know), if the problem had not been detected and dealt with, then the condenser would have gone bad also ($$$!). The maintenance and service that Econo-Air provides is MUCH appreciated. more

The service rep was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He was very careful going in and out of the house using booties to cover his shoes when he walked on our floors. We were impressed with the care he took. We certainly recommend Econo Air to our friends. more

Brandon was good at informing us about the system and how to maintain it in good condition. I was just disappointed that he said that the safety door was broken and I had to pay for labor. Why should I pay for labor when the door was broken by the Econo Air technician? Waiting to hear from them about that. more
