I have been to Tiki for hair cut first time it was great so go for color for next appointment Tiki is understand what I looking for and work with me because i have thin hair.She is nice and very friendly person.She does not charge over price she care about her client.I would recommend Tiki to anyone. more

I moved to Dallas several years ago and have had a very hard time finding a great stylist. I am extremely particular. I work out next to the salon and saw a few of Tiki's clients. I wanted my hair to be as beautiful as theirs. The first time she did my hair I knew I was in good hands. She was warm, professional and efficient. She knew exactly what I wanted. She is a GENIUS with color The best part of my experience is my GORGEOUS hair!! I get compliments all the time and am so happy that I finally found Tiki! If you are looking for a great stylist who will take care of you and make your hair beautiful than I highly recommend Tiki!! more

Tiki has been coloring and cutting my hair for the past year. She is very professional, flexible and I always leave with my hair looking amazing, I have had her straighten my hair with the Brazilian which now let's me straighten my hair in 5 to 10 minutes. She knows hair and gives a great cut. My visiting sister commented that Tiki's haircut was one of the best she has had! more

Tiki has been doing my hair for over a year. She recommended the Brazilian blowout which left my hair with amazing results - silky smooth and very straight (no more frizz). She explains the techniques she uses in detail whether it is the Brazilian or color processing. Would highly recommend her work. I went to Tiki for the Brazilian Blowout $199 introductory price. I had to leave for a out of state function in 2 days so no time for consultation started it right away. For my hair thickness and little over shoulder length I was quoted $250. The procedure was completed in an hour because Tiki believes she is fast at her work (which is skipping steps as per the instructions). When I asked her about the treatment she handed over the instructions to me which clearly said after Keratin application and blow try wash the hair which she didn't do. She went straight to finishing with an iron. I questioned her and she said my customers don't prefer washing (I was not even given a choice till I asked her). What bothered me more is I did not cut my hair in 6 months and she repeatedly told me I needed a haircut badly and she will charge me additional $35 instead of $50. I was totally annoyed becuase she was loud there were other customers and she kept embarrasing me again and again. Finally I agreed for $25 and she finished her haircut in 5 mins. My hair looked great when I wanted out. No home care instructions were provided other than light blow dry. I washed my hair and it was back to the same again even after blow drying. I had to use the straightener and spend the same time to maintain it. I really don't know what I was suppose to expect for $250. The frizzes were the same. I saw no difference in my hair texture. I do not know about the other staff, but, I was absolutely disgusted with Tiki's character and work and would never recommend anyone to see her. more

I recently had my hair taken from light blonde to dark brown and was amazed at the results. My stylist, Sara, talked me through the entire process as I went from platinum blonde to chestnut brown. I have had my hair dark before, but it always turned out ashy or green, but not this time, it was BEAUTIFUL. I would recommend Sara to anyone! more

I had my hair done by Sara. It looked horrible! I even showed her a picture and it was not even remotely close. My blonde hair is now fried, I'm out $200 bucks and somehow need to go somewhere else after I spent the money.On top of that the "manager" sat in the back talking to my stylist the whole time. It was like I wasn't even there, the manager was rude and kept blowing her nasty cold all over me.This place...was disgusting. more
