Not good, The good technicians are gone. 4/25/2012

Be careful, Earls lost their certified techs do to their lack of appreciation and respect for their employees. Now they raised the prices and have kids working on equipment there, that have no idea how to repair equipment. No more Red, No more Jay. John is the only one left. Too bad that place was great last year. Maybe in another few years it will be back to the great service that the shop should have. more

Great care 3/27/2012

I have a riding mower and the month of February Earl's did a free pick up and delivery for everyone. That's hard to come by these days. Plus excellent repairs. more

My lawn mower and snow blower have been serviced here for years and I have been very satisfied. In fact, I take quite a drive to take advantage of the quality service. In the spring they get very busy, but always have things ready when they say they will. Great job guys! more

Long Time Customer and Friend 1/4/2012

I've been coming to Earl's for several years I use to work with the ole man of the place. Then he passed on and his two sons took over John and Tim. I had the same wonderful service and friendship as I did when John Sr was here. I must say however, for about the last year or so, I've gone into the place and asked for John as I always have and I for the last two times were met with great resistance? There is a young man there that when I asked several times that I only wanted to speak to John he refused to get him for me. I was told that he was a manager and he could take care of any need that I had. Seems, as time has gone on Ealr's is not so much personal friendly anymore. I hate to say this but you've lost a long time friend and customer. For the rest of you out there that wants to talk to only the best John you should call ahead and make an appoitment with John. more

Knowledgeable Staff 10/27/2011

Best , most knowledgeable shop I have ever been to and I've been a cutter for over 40 years. I ran over part of one saw with a backhoe and they got all the parts within days and helped me with parts diagrams and advice because I couldn't afford to have it repaired. Also, the MS362 is easily the best saw I have ever owned! more
