Silly Me! 6/17/2010

Well after reading these guys reviews I was very hesitant on going there. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and asked to have my check engine light checked. It took them minutes to test drive vehicle and diagnose. One of the Managers in shop took me outside and showed me what had happened,I just left my gascap loose. Silly me! But they could've had taken advantage of me and they didnt. As a single parent I have to rely on others for automotive help. While I was there I had my oil changed and they were fast and professional. I guess you cant always believe what you read,but believe me these guys are worth the trip. more

I was having a noise coming from my engine before it warmed up. I took my SUV there 05/11/10 for an estimate. Much to my surprise, i was told i needed a rebuilt transmission and it would costs $1,800!! This was after it was on the lift for less than 2 minutes. Obviously, i left and took my SUV to another place and they had me leave it for 2 days. The problem, it needed a bit of lub under the belt. The charge $.00. This goes with a few of the other recent reviews i read about E F Tire. This is not the same place it used to be!!! What a bunch of scamers. more

Not as good as they used to be.... 5/4/2005

I used to take my car here to get repaired, when they were a small business. They did a great job, and I received a lot of personal attention. I referred many of my friends to their shop. Then they expanded their business and hired on a bunch of new workers. That's when I stopped taking my car in there. They lost their personal touch and the employees that they hired were not really that great. They lost sight of their personal service... PROS: fast service CONS: too busy, longer wait. Service not that great more
