I called them at 3AM and took a schedule in next day. The next thing you know, they were knocking on my door and we discussed the situation. He's a good, decent man who wants to help his customers and will go above and beyond to do so. I repaired my sewerage line by them and it is working well. more

These guys are lifesavers...!!! And the price was really fair!!! They save my three days child. My water heater leaked after my childbirth and then I called Dutton Plumbing. They could understand the situation and came in only 20 minutes. I am definitely going to be using them in the future. more

I have a tank less water heater in my garage. For some reason the water in my home was coming out. I spoke to a number of companies over the past few days trying to assess this problem and determine the best route to go. Most companies had no idea how to fix the problem. I then ran across Dutton Plumbing. more

We called about 5 to 6 companies to see if they could come out right away and explained to severity of our situation and none of them would call back to set up a time to do the job. But they did not respond and then I called Dutton Plumbing. They had a plumber out to our home an hour later and fixed the problem without any problems. more

Working with Dutton Plumbing has been a pleasure these last few months. I own a few houses and with Dutton?s help I?ve been able to revamp and get them back into working order. Some of the plumbing in them was a real mess but now everything is fine and I can get tenants back in. Easy to work with and very affordable service makes me a return customer. more

Today Kevin came out to my house to make a few adjustments because there were odd noises in my walls. Apparently the pressure was too high. Kevin was pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. I was impressed with the companies standards of quality and attention to detail. I?ll use Dutton Plumbing again if anything comes up. more

Had Dutton out yesterday and they performed a bit of work for me. Cleared a drain, inspected my water heater, and replaced my pressure regulator. All this work has been needing to be done for a while and I got a good package deal on it. more

Called for a kitchen drain clean out, stuff happems. They wanted over $250 for a job I could do if I had the equipment. Easy access, no need to search for the problem. First they charge to arrive, then they produce the book. Stopped them right there, and asked for their least expensive way to get the job done. But, but, but. Service contract? NO! Stopped them right there, gave them their $39. and asked them to leave, 15 minutes and 2 phone calls to their boss later, they finally left. My suggestion? Don't bother. They won't give extimates over the phone, even general ranges. This was a simple job that should not have cost more than $100. They are trying to separate you from your money. In their favor, both men were polite and clean and they arrived promptly. more

If you want to pay crazy high prices go with dutton.\r \r STAY AWAY FROM THESE RIPOFFS!!!!\r They dress very nice do good work and are very friendly. I cannot say use these guys because of their over the top pay by the job line of bs.I can tell you your better off paying by the hour. I was charged 200$ for an hours labor and 2 inexpensive but good quality parts. more

I had them out last week for a clogged mainline and their technician Gilbert arrived less than an hour after I made the call with a friendly girl over the phone. Gilbert was well dressed and very polite and answered all my questions with confidence. I am a retired teacher and Gilbert made sure to give me a significant discount that I really appreciated. Just wanted to thank him and Dutton Plumbing for their hard, honest work. Everything has been running perfect since his visit. more

I just want to say this plumbing co was easy to use from the minute I called them till they were done with the work...... not your typical plumbers in dirty truck and T-shirts..... clean neat... polite... spoke English.... I felt comfortable... I was not intimidated.... or made to feel like they were trying to push stuff on me or rip me off... I trusted them... if you need a plumber call these guys!! more

These plumbers came out to my house to fix a leaking pipe and replace a water heater with those new tankless ones... really love those.... The plumber was neat, clean, in a clean truck, when I called to book the call the dispatcher was professional... I could understand them on the phone.,, when they quoted me a 45 minute window... they were there in 30 min.... I was given an estimate up front.... no gimmicks... no bate and switch stuff...definitely worth the money..... best part... everything they said they'd do they did!!... plumbing works now!! and SIDE NOTE.... the plumbers that came to my house were drug tested and a full criminal history back ground check done... I asked about this... because I have a lot of nice things and I don't trust everyone.... just FYI more

there is a difference between those crappy plumbers you see driving around with dirty trucks... dirty employees...unlicenced... uninsured ... you want cheap.. hire them at YOUR own risk... seriously\r \r and then there is Dutton Rooter...The best of the best...would hire them again in a second.... and will... nuff said more

I have to share a recent experience I had with Dutton Rooter .... My elderly mother (85) called Dutton to come over and fix a drippy faucet and other things related to the plumbing..... Ryan came over gave her an estimate.... she agreed to the price... not overly expensive for the quality of the work....and repaired everything..... my mother told me how after the work was done, she asked her to help her lift some heavy boxes into the garage.... and make sure the locks on the garage were secure... and he did with out question.... this plumber and the company he works for should be complimented for their out of the ordinary customer service... how sweet... I know I was not talking about the plumbing job... I really don't know anything about plumbing... but thats the point... everything he did is great... because it is fixed now.... thats all I can say... and worth the money my mother paid....Please call this company if you need a great plumber... who will not over chrge you... who will take care of the problem... and is trust worthy.... I would pay double what they charged me ... to get that .... the quality was wonderful... my mother said Ryan was in a crisp white uniform... and new truck with all the gadgets... this means this company takes pride in it self... I can honestly say I will never use any one else.... I hope this company knows how grateful I am for them taking care of my mother in such a wonderful way.... THANKS..... more

I have spent thousands of dollars on repair after repair... called many plumbers... these guys showed up looking dirty... scruffy... typically Butt-crack plumbers with tatoos and peircings......I was just being milked by these idiots.....they never fixed my problem... just charged me to put a bandaide on it....\r DUTTON PLUMBING came out and fixed my problem once and for all .... they were clean, neat, polite, gave me an estimate that I could have said YES or NO to......... I love Dutton Plumbing... they were straight forward and honest.... I trust them... I know the plumbers aren't going to rip me off... If I thought the price was too high I can say NO.... I make that choice..... I found their price to be very competitive with plumbers of their caliber.... if you want a great plumber.... hire them.... if you want a BUTT-CRACK... there are plenty of them in the phone book waiting to rip you off more

They way way over chager, they try to find non-exsisting issues, pushy sale techs. They sale a universal protection plan the sounds like a complete scam to me. Don't use these guys. I will never hire them again. more
