Called to have a small problem handled with my refrigerator water line. Brian quickly took care of this and asked why I had a hose attached to my washing machine. I explained that the drain line for the washer was backing up due to rust buildup in the pipe and that a number of plumbers including Dutton had previously checked it and recommended replacing the line at a cost of & $5000 or power flushing the line but there was a good chance it wouldn't work and could break the pipe. I used the hose to drain the washer into the side yard. Brian said I could face a fine from the city and recommended snaking the pipe to see if it would break out the buildup. He and his helper did it and were able to clean the stoppage. They also checked my water heater and replaced a part to keep it working longer. All this for less than $600. He said if I had any future problem with the washer backing up they could power flush it to restore full usage. Brian was not only courteous, efficient and very knowledgeable but complete my repair quickly and saved my a possible fine and a lot of repair charges. They cleaned up and left my premises cleaner than before. I have always used Dutton Plumbing and would recommend them and Brian as being a very honest and reliable plumber. Thanks so much to Felix J. Previously I have had trouble with Plumbing Co's. My husband and me didn't even want to contact one even though water had flooded our kitchen. Felix J changed that. Bright smile at the door and full explanation of what needed to be done step by step. When he found a huge problem that we didn't even know about he was caring and compassionate when he saw how upset we were. Knowing that we had to do this but financial we couldn't he figured out a way to fix both of my problems and be able to pay for it. When he said Dutton Plumbing wanted to be the plumber we called when we needed one he meant it. I feel he went above and beyond in his help. He also was able to relate to peoples financial situations and treat them with care and respect. Im really glad I picked you guys for this problem and Im really glad you sent Felix and all the other guys that helped. Armando Delatorre came to my house to complete the work his co-worker did the previous day. The co-worker called in sick so Armando came. Armando is very thorough. He completed the job and cleaned up after himself. He showed me the finished product and made sure I did not have any questions. Dutton Plumbing is expensive but you get good service, the work is done correctly and the plumbing problem is solved. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. more

Brian has done a great job again today. I have had him do work for me many times and he is always professional , leaves the work area clean and neat when he is finished. I would recommend him and Dutton for any plumbing needs. I am very satisfied with his work. I also think their prices are fair compared to other companies that I have used before. I found a problem with my hot water heater over the weekend. On Monday, I called Dutton (I got their ad from the yellow pages) and made an appointment for Tuesday morning. The Lead Technician Kevin K and the other technician Tom arrived when they said they would (big thing for me) and gave me a clear estimate of what the costs would be. The job was much bigger than I thought, but their work was outstanding. Both were pleasant throughout. I would recommend the company and the technicians without hesitation. more

Ryan has been an excellent technician each time that I've needed to have him at my home. He is both knowledgeable and patient in his explanations. He also strike me as very honest. more

I have had the pleasure of working with Ryan from Dutton Plumbing on my plumbing needs a few times. When I call Dutton Plumbing they always have him available for scheduling a service call when I need it and are friendly and helpful on the phone. I had water dripping out of my Price-Pfister faucets in both bathrooms. I called Dutton Plumbing. (I know so little about plumbing). Told the operator that I do know that it is a very simple job but I just don't know where the washer goes to stop the drips. And, don't think of trying to charge me over $100 (I ain't that naive). 2 young plumbers show up, tell me to fix it, they could do it 2 different ways. The band-aid approach (their words) would be to change the stems - $180. The right way - around $300. I told them "No way". I did, for some foolish reason pay their service call fee plus $20 extra for their 1 year service plan which would include inspecting the water heater and sewer line. \r \r I turned off the water, opened up the faucet (24 seconds) and pulled out the stem and brought it to the plumbing store. They pulled out the old washers sold me 2 rubber washers ($1.62 with tax). Had me go home to see if that would work. If not, come back and buy new stems @ $10. more

Certainly no repeat phone calls from me, I wrote them, no reply. And, I don't want them inspecting my Water Heater or Sewer line, that I paid for. I DO NOT TRUST THEM, they can keep the extra $20. more

They are the best...! I had 3 different problems over a 2-3 year period and they were just great! Prices were also very fair, trust me. The techs were very professional, they did the work, cleaned up after the jobs were done and it looked like they were never there. They obtain A+ more

Punctual plumber and very friendly service?!!! They installed a tank less water heater for me. They were right, it is much more efficient and I?m already saving on my utility bill. I don?t have to wait for the water to heat up and I don?t have to worry about it running out. Love it. Thanks for explaining and offering it to me. more

This Company is a RIP-OFF!!!! Do not use them!\r \r All I needed was a plumber to come and snake out my sewer line. They charged me $355 for about and hour and a half of time. I had to wait all day for them to show up. They told me they cleared the line, but the following morning it was backed up again. I called their customer service dept and spoke with Robert who should be fired for being such a jerk.\r \r They sent the same plumber out who informed me he would have to charge another $355 to clear the line as they DO NOT guarantee their work. In addition, He claimed that my sewer line was cracked and that it would cost $10,000 to fix it. I sent him away and refused to pay any additional money.\r \r My neighbor rented a snake and fixed the problem for me. The City came out and ran a camera down my line and did not find any cracks, therefore this company lied and wanted $10,000 to fix a problem that did not exist.\r \r I tired to get a refund on the bill from Dutton. I called Dutton Plumbing couple of weeks ago because I couldn't find my plumber but what I found was a professional plumber. My sewer line is now unstopped and now works like new. My ex-plumber kept having to come back out and charged me over and over again for the same stoppage. He was cheap, but it does start to add up...Thank you?! more
