This Company is a RIP-OFF!!!! Do not use them!\r

All I needed was a plumber to come and snake out my sewer line. They charged me $355 for about and hour and a half of time. I had to wait all day for them to show up. They told me they cleared the line, but the following morning it was backed up again. I called their customer service dept and spoke with Robert who should be fired for being such a jerk.\r

They sent the same plumber out who informed me he would have to charge another $355 to clear the line as they DO NOT guarantee their work. In addition, He claimed that my sewer line was cracked and that it would cost $10,000 to fix it. I sent him away and refused to pay any additional money.\r

My neighbor rented a snake and fixed the problem for me. The City came out and ran a camera down my line and did not find any cracks, therefore this company lied and wanted $10,000 to fix a problem that did not exist.\r
