Worst

I found my apartment to be not very clean and unpainted when I moved in. When the weather became cooler I couldn't get my apartment above 60 degrees and so I tried to put plastic...

Shady and not a nice place 12/20/2010

I found my apartment to be not very clean and unpainted when I moved in. When the weather became cooler I couldn't get my apartment above 60 degrees and so I tried to put plastic on my patio door. The door was so poorly sealed that the plastic just blew right off. WHen I called the office they said I should have put the plastic on sooner and seemed upset that I asked them to come and fix the seal. They did ""fix"" it but it was just a temporary patch. more

One Year At the Durham 5/12/2009

This has been one of the worst places I have ever lived. In the year that I lived at the Durham I had many issues, maintenance was horrible, management was a total joke, and the building as a whole was not all that great. Pros: Location Cons: Bad Management, Poor Maintenance, Lack Resident Interest more

Good Place to live 8/25/2005

Apartments are very new,neat and clean with all the amenities fo swimming pool,gym,tennis court with very good view and having balcony in all the apartments.Interiors are fantastic especillay closets.Security system is fantastic.Staff of rental office is so good ,kind and helping.It is the place from where you can get bus to downtown,mall of america and everyimportant destination..But it is little bit expensive compare to other apartments having same facilities.They charge for heating also and having electric coils which rise your electric bill very much. PROS: Fantastic Apartments CONS: Bit Expensive more
