I have not encountered this level of terrible customer service in a while. Not only are they incredibly selective as to the types of fabrics and items they will accept, they also quote extremely long wait times (up to 6 WEEKS for a blanket!) The people at the desk are in general, haughty, rude, and unhelpful. The last time I went there, I had an interview the day before and nother interview the following day and desperately needed same-day service for my suit. The woman literally laughed at me. I felt belittled, and as if my patronage was completely unimportant. It's cool though, if you think you're too good to run a customer-oriented business, I am more than happy to take my money to an non-American-owned dry-cleaners where I will receive friendly service for half the cost.
