Worst

I have been a patient at Goodman and Partridge for about 5+ years. I switched to them for the end of my prenatal care when I was pregnant with my son. He was born 5/2007.

Shady Billing practice, long waiting time 3/14/2011

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Do not trust them. They just want to make money. I went there for annuals recently and received bill of $250 of charges denied by insurance including Pap. I called my insurance and they told me that did not get any bill from the office. I called DRs office again and they told me that bill was appealed one more time. Insurance did not get appeal. I called 3 times and was told that charges for Pap Smera are denied. I am on same plan for years and was never denied charges for Pap. Doctor's office had taken my insurance info one week ahead of time. They did not take responsibility of finding out from my insurance about what charges are covered which made me furious. They should not doing tests without patient's approval and without providing information on charges. Be clear about billing if you are alraedy patient with them. Othet than that I found doctor and nurse helpful. Second time when I went there, I was waiting for 70 min, just to see nurse. I would not recommend this place to anyone. more

In Very Good Hands 3/14/2011

We had no clue what to expect when we went there. They made us feel like it was their first priority to make sure my wife and baby were both in very good hands. They also were very upfront and informative about any questions we had. That I really appreciated because most would only give partial answers. more

SCAM ALERT. RUN, DO NOT WALK FROM THIS PLACE!!! 3/11/2011

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is a scam. They have their doctors and physician assistants selling bogus pills. I saw Brandy and 10% of my visit (which I paid for) was spent on my visit and 90% was spent on the pills, which is nothing but a multilevel marketing SCAM. Don't they make enough money without selling junky pills with false promises? I am disgusted with this practice and am contacting the medical board. There should be a group lawsuit since we pay good money to get nothing but a sales pitch, Please, do not go here!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There are plenty of other doctors to see. more

Always Been Wonderful 3/10/2011

Dr. Guzman has been my OB for over three years and he has always been wonderful! He is great at putting you at ease and explaining everything in terms that you can actually understand. I recommend him to all my friends. :) more

Great Experience! 3/4/2011

I have seen Mina a few times and am very impressed with her. She always takes the time to sit and talk with me and always remembers the little things I talk to her about, like family issues. She even remembered that my boyfriend is in school and what he was majoring in. I am so comfortable with her. She gives personal attention and I can tell that she really cares. I won't see anybody else. more

so nice and considerate 3/4/2011

After years of fighting with myself about taking care of my body, and embracing being a women, I made an appointment for my yearly women's health check. The operator who took my call started it all. She was so nice and considerate. At the Queen Creek office, the staff was equally nice. Since I've neglected taking care of the things a woman should, I was so nervous about my appointment. Then walked in Abby. She is so soft spoken and easy going. She never once made me feel wrong for taking so long to see a doctor. She was thorough in explaining all the steps and the procedures she was about to perform. Before I knew it, I was calm and relaxed. Abby made it comfortable to speak to her, and I walked away knowing I will definitely return or contact her for any questions or concerns in the future. Most women I know dread the lovely ""check-up"", but when you have a person like Abby, it just makes it so much easier! Thank you!! more

Very Impressed 3/1/2011

I was very impressed with Cameron, Monica and the whole staff at the Chandler location. They were professional, kind, knowledgeable and very comforting. I would definitely refer all my friends and family to Drs. Goodman & Partridge, OB/GYN. Kassy in the reception area/desk was a breath of fresh air. She was extremely friendly and thorough. I?m very happy I tried this practice and will continue to use them for a long time to come. more

I am always extremely happy with my visits to Drs. Goodman and Partridge, OB/GYN. The staff is friendly and helpful and always make me feel welcome, and my doctor is the best! I have recommended Dr. Guzman to many of my friends and will continue to recommend him! more

Waste of my time 2/16/2011

Today was my last appointment I think I will have at this OBGYN. I love their offices because they look so nice and are clean but the staff is horrible. The girls answering the phone for appointments and at the front desk never know what they are doing. I scheduled an appointment for a depo shot and was told that I needed to talk to the practitioner first. Not that I would have to make two appointments. As I showed up there were three girls in the front almost looking like they were just haning out, not working. I then wait 20 min to be taken into the room and then asked if the girl that made the appointment told me that I would have to come back for the shot. I told her that all I was told was that I needed to talk to the practitioner first, she could see the anger building up as I realized that this was just a consultation and apologized and walked out. more

I am so pleased with Roxanne , I always have a great experience and leave feeling that all of questions and needs were met. I am so glad to have been told of this office, and I constantly recommend to my friends and family. The staff is awesome and thorough as well.. Great Job!! more

Fast & On Time 1/18/2011

This place is so great. They are always fast and on time. I really appreciate the quality time I get to spend there. They make everything so simple and explain everything so that you have no doubt in your mind when you leave which is a good thing when you are pregnant with your first child. more

I am so Grateful for the Staff at the Mesa Office. They are all so Kind. I am Glad that It was this office that I came to for My Problem! I was so scared when I walked into the Door and the staff made me feel very comfortable. Although I have only begun my treatment there I know that I am in Good Hands. more

Excellent! 1/5/2011

I have been back once since this experience. I had an ultrasound done and waited about 40 minutes afterwards for a follow-up appointment. Other than the wait time, everything was excellent! Personally I would prefer to go to a provider who takes their time with their patients versus rushing through each appointment. more
