Today was my last appointment I think I will have at this OBGYN. I love their offices because they look so nice and are clean but the staff is horrible. The girls answering the phone for appointments and at the front desk never know what they are doing. I scheduled an appointment for a depo shot and was told that I needed to talk to the practitioner first. Not that I would have to make two appointments. As I showed up there were three girls in the front almost looking like they were just haning out, not working. I then wait 20 min to be taken into the room and then asked if the girl that made the appointment told me that I would have to come back for the shot. I told her that all I was told was that I needed to talk to the practitioner first, she could see the anger building up as I realized that this was just a consultation and apologized and walked out.
