I believe that Dream Cars did and excellent job. My experience in dealing with this dealorship was great from Jennifer in the online loan application team, to Renee (the actual salesman), to Todd (the backup salesman who helped me late in the evening on Renee's day off), and to Ali (the finance guy). Jennifer called me less than 45 minutes after I completed the application on-line. My own bank took 2 days to call with the results of the loan application that I completed before Dream Car's application. When I arrived at the lot, Todd greeted me immediately after I got out of the car and routed me to Jennifer who routed me to Renee. After leaving on that Wednesday, Renee followed up with me to let me know about the financing, and then Ali discussed the more specifics of the financing as well as the warranty options. I, then, returned to the dealership on late Thursday night when Todd helped with showing my wife and me the details of the car and to provide general customer service. Then, I went to handle the details with Ali to sign the paperwork. I know that you may think that this is expected, but my visit to Mr. Car Buyer, who had almost the same BMW 745i was NOT as pleasant. At that dealership, I had to look for a salesman. When he came out, he was not as welcoming to me as Dream Car. The warranty of 3000 miles or 3 months that Dream Car offers on every car was NOT offered at Mr. Car Buyer. Mr. Car Buyer said, "You get what you get." This was the biggest difference between these 2 dealerships. The car at Mr. Car Buyer had a cracked ground effects on both sides of the car, bubble on the tire, scratched rims. Mr. Car Buyer, literally, demanded that I commit to buying the car from them before they would even see what financial agreement they could offer me. That's backwards and you don't have to be a genius to know this. Mr. Car Buyer even said that they would not sell the car to me unless I test drove it first, when I told him that I did not want to drive it yet. And this experience at Mr. Car Buyer occurred after I told him that I sold cars in the past AND after I am in sales now. So, to make a long story short, Dream Cars is above the average car dealership. They even offer another special touch ... FREE weekly car washes for the life of my ownership. So, I FULLY endorse Dream Cars because they offer a great experience from beginning of the sale to years AFTER the sale.
