I have been using Dr. Plumbing for more than ten years, and have referred them to otherz who are also very happy with the service. James really takes care of his clients. He arrives on time, even five minutes before his appointments. I have never seen him late. He answers all of my questions when he is finished, and will even look at other things for me while he's here. The customer service is excellent. James always answers the phone, and is easy to reach. His fees are also very reasonable. He is exactly what you would want in a plumber. Most recently, he replaced my hot water tank, which broke over Easter weekend. I have used Dr. Plumbing a few times now. It's been good. Recently, I called them about fixing a leaky pipe. They came within an hour of my call. Dr. Plumbing has been very responsive, and for me, using them has worked out well. Their ability to resolve my issues in a timely manner is a huge plus. I will call them again if I have any further plumbing issues. more
