I have been using Dr. Plumbing for more than ten years, and have referred them to otherz who are also very happy with the service. James really takes care of his clients. He arrives on time, even five minutes before his appointments. I have never seen him late. He answers all of my questions when he is finished, and will even look at other things for me while he's here. The customer service is excellent.
James always answers the phone, and is easy to reach. His fees are also very reasonable. He is exactly what you would want in a plumber. Most recently, he replaced my hot water tank, which broke over Easter weekend. Despite the holiday, he was there for me. I'm a realtor, and I recommend him to my clients because I can definitely trust him.
