I have been going to Douglas Vw for over 10 years now....Rick Scuzs is my service advisor and man is he great!!!!He always gets me a loaner car when I need 1 and Is so kind and pleasent.....He recently introduced me to his colleague Bobby McCall that works in sales....I needed a cheep but realiable car for my daughter who turns 17 next week....Bobby was great he showed me many cars on his lot and together we found a beautiful 2010 Jetta and my daughter couldn't be happier! I purchased my 2007 Volkswagen GTI at a dealer that is about 5 minutes away from my home. After having a terrible experience after my first visit for service, I decided to venture out to Douglas Volkswagen after a friend referred me to Rick Szucs. Words cannot express the gratitude I have for this man. He is not only extremely professional and knowledgeable in his field, but he is truly a genuine person and really takes the time to get to know you on a personal level. For the past 6 years I have driven close to an hour to take my Volkswagen to no other than Douglas for anything that I need. I have sent countless friends and family to Rick because I am confident that they will get the same level of service that I do. No where else will you find such a customer service orientated staff who's best interest is to do the right thing for their customers, nor will you find another service adviser like Rick who will call you on your birthday to send you their best wishes. It is this type of business that grows lasting relationships and consistently exceeds expectations. I can honestly say that Rick Szucs is the only reason I will ever buy a Volkswagen again, because I fear that if I buy any other vehicle I will have to deal with someone other than Rick. more

I'm almost at a loss for words when I try to describe buying my car at Douglas. You hear about bait-and-switch, pushy sales techniques and a highway atmosphere and then you go to Douglas. My salesman, Isaac, has sold me 2 VWs and both times it's been more like visiting an old friend than buying a car. He treated me right, addressed my needs and got me a great deal to boot.
