I brought my Dell for a motherboard repair. After almost a month with nothing being done, I went and picked it up. Had to get into a shouting match to get my old computer out of the place. Do what you want, but buyer beware. Look at the Better Business Bureau rating of ""F"" on these people I took it to Best Buy and had it repaired. more
