Diamond Depot

We purchased our rings from Diamond Depot last year. They were the nicest store that we visited. They were not pushy at all but they spent much of their time listening and asking questions to try to understand what I was looking for. I found the perfect ring at a great price. My fiance loved the ring and we will never do business anywhere else. We both highly recommend that anyone wanting a beautiful ring to check them out! more

I highly recommend Diamond Depot! My fiancé bought me an absolutely BEAUTIFUL wedding ring set from them.. I had many problems with the ring, diamonds kept falling out so I didn't get to wear it for about 3 weeks total (not consecutively) but it wasn't their fault about the diamonds; It could have happened to anyone with how my ring is made! Terry & Lisa are so generous and nice! They replaced my missing diamonds for FREE, every repair they did was free and even ""tipped"" my ring so it wouldn't happen again. They're really great, welcoming people! My fiancé & I will NOT go anywhere else!!! more

My husband and I purchased our wedding rings from Diamond Depot over three years ago and I have never had any problems with my ring. The diamonds are secure (never been loose or fallen out) and not to mention beautiful! I have had soo many compliments on the unique style of my ring and people think that my husband spent way more than he paid for the ring. My husband and I do not in any way regret purchasing our wedding rings from Diamond Depot. We had a great experience there and I highly recommend Diamond Depot. :) more

I visited Oxford Diamond Depot to have a custom ring made for my wife. I wanted to select the loose stone and the setting rather than buying something mass produced. Terry said he would have the stones shipped over the weekend and they would be ready Monday. Called on Monday, no stones. Was told I would get a call when they arrived. Never got a call. Went by on Wednesday, and somehow, the stones I was told could be gotten overnight still hadn't arrived. I was told that I would get a call letting me know what the status was. Two weeks later, still no call. I finally called back today and spoke to Terry again. He claimed the stones still hadn't come in, but were on their way. Then he tried to get me to buy a second-hand ring off another customer instead. I declined. He said he would call the distributor and find out the status on the diamonds, and then call me right back. 5 hours later, still no call. I don't know what the problem is, but these guys clearly don't want to do business with me. I wasn't being difficult or demanding, and our conversations were always cordial. I don't get it. In this economy, I'd be trying to get any business I could, but I guess they don't need the sale. Can't say your experience will be the same, but I will spend my money elsewhere. I wouldn't even bother with them. more

if you have a peice you value dont let them touch it. they damaged my ring and gave it back unrepairable. took in to have band fixed got it back in a mess, missing and cracked diamonds and said i brought it in that way! i have never felt so abused, i trusted them when i left it i never expected to get it back in that kind of shape from a jewelery repair , worse they offer you no solution or offer to fix it. i realy dont want them to do this to someone else more
