if you have a peice you value dont let them touch it. they damaged my ring and gave it back unrepairable. took in to have band fixed got it back in a mess, missing and cracked diamonds and said i brought it in that way! i have never felt so abused, i trusted them when i left it i never expected to get it back in that kind of shape from a jewelery repair , worse they offer you no solution or offer to fix it. i realy dont want them to do this to someone else
