Went to a birthday party, during the party they played music that was totally inappropriate for children (rap music with subjective and adult lyrics). Another issue arose when I was told I could participate in Lessons that followed by a staff member, for no additional fee. At the time of the lessons, I was told there would be an additional fee for the lessons. I spoke with management who told me that it was their policy to charge for Lessons. When told of the situation that began this mess the manager was steadfast and did not attempt to make any resolution. Later he brought over several members of his staff asking me to point out the offender but still made no attempt to address the issue with me as the customer in a way that would have benefited both me and him. I saw this as an extremely poor business practice and will not provide financial support to this facility in the future. I originally enjoyed the relationship established between myself and the management staff; however, after a few parties that I'd sponsored, the owner told me that I didn't make enough money for him and the concession stand attendant, greeted me as I entered the building, requesting the remainder of my deposit -- all before I could put my belongings away. The remainder of the staff is reasonably friendly, and the atmosphere is ok, but with a lot of places, there's a lot of housekeeping that needs to be done (restrooms, etc.).
