I originally enjoyed the relationship established between myself and the management staff; however, after a few parties that I'd sponsored, the owner told me that I didn't make enough money for him and the concession stand attendant, greeted me as I entered the building, requesting the remainder of my deposit -- all before I could put my belongings away. The remainder of the staff is reasonably friendly, and the atmosphere is ok, but with a lot of places, there's a lot of housekeeping that needs to be done (restrooms, etc.).
Pros: Good upkeep of the skating floor; other floors (restroom, concession areas) need more work
Cons: Service provided by management staff
