Let me first begin by commending Dr. Faktor's staff: from his receptionist Christina, to his right- hand woman,Jackie. I have never met a more welcoming, professional and caring team. Dr. Faktor is unlike any dentist I have ever met. He is by far the least scary and most personable. Aside from his benevolent bedside manner, his technique is unparalleled and his dedication to perfection is especially reassuring. I did not see Dr. Faktor for the usual dental procedure; in fact what I went for was something a plastic surgeon or dermatologist would usually specialize in. Suffice to say, he knew what he was doing- no, he mastered it. I am confident when I say that Dr. Faktor will not fail in satisfying any patient. I have been a patient of Dr. Derek Faktor for over ten years. He is an amazingly talented, meticulous, and gentle practitioner who possesses both masterful technical skill and an imperative for perfection. He has performed numerous dental procedures for me, including root canals and crowns, but the most spectacular procedure he has ever performed is giving me an absolutely perfect smile! It actually took me several months before I could enjoy my smile because for so long whenever I looked in the mirror, all I saw were uneven discolored teeth.
