Dentalworks will charge your insurance for work not done. They will not tell you if something is not coverd by your insurance until after they have done it and try to charge you for it.I sent my daughter in for a cleaning when she was done they called me and said i owe $92 dollars on what should have been a $5 co-pay and then they tried to make my daughter feel dumb becuase she did not know to ask whether what they were doing was covered by insurance.They took advantge of the situation.SHAME ON YOU DENTAL WORKS
