Deluxe Experiences

I reached out to deluxe experiences because i needed to plan an all out 30th birthday party for one of my really good friends. We wanted to make it to a few bars and be able to get in with no waiting, no lines, and no hassles. Deluxe experiences really came through for us and set up everything perfectly. We got into every club on our list and it was VIP the whole way. Great freaking party and everyone was super happy about the way the evening went. Even the getting home at 5am part! So every year I try and plan my girlfriends birthday at a NY hot spot and the previous two years have been big letdowns. In the past all I did was call the venue or promoter, make a table reservation, and nothing of what was told me was true when I arrived. They upped the minimums and they would let my whole group in. This year I went with a different approach. I heard about DeluxeXP through Thrillist and wanted to give it a try and hoped it would work out better for me. I browsed through the site and after viewing all of the venues and descriptions, which were very on point I may add, I chose Marquee. After filling out the party planning form all online, I received a follow up call from Jason, one of the experience agents to follow up and make sure that all of the info i submitted was true and that he should go through with it and set it all up for me, it was unbelievable. They walked me through everything, set me up with a photographer, a tray of crumbs cupcakes, and a nice assurance that my night out for my girlfriends birthday was going to work out great. On the night of my girlfriends party everything that Deluxe told me was true. My 2 bottle table minimum was honored, and they had an experience agent meet me right outside the venue to walk my group in to our table with minimal wait. After this great experience I doubt I will ever book a night out in NYC without DeluxeXP !!! more

After hearing the buzz about this new website i decided to use it to book my girlfriends birthday party this past friday night. We wanted a lounge in the midtown east area. So after browsing the many Venues that they had to offer we decided to choose Whiskey Blue. As I continued to browse there site i notice there was a way to customize my girlfriends birthday so i decided to surprise her with this great birthday cake. Since we were bringing a large group the host at Deluxe Experiences were able to get us a free bottle of champagne. My girlfriend was very surprised with everything the night went really smooth. So as a maid of honor to my besty, I was responsible for planning out the evening. So... one even that we decided to do was to go out drinking!!!! So I stumbled upon Deluxe Experience's website, and the name definitly represents the type of service you receive. I came to Greenhouse, which is one of the clubs they offer, and walked straight to the front, got right in! Sat in the main room, had a fantastic table. The ambience was conpletely represented to truly depict the venue. We had a fabulous time. Definitly a lot easier to guarantee table service this way, then possibly going to greenhouse on a whim and not sure whether a table would be available for us or not. Use them, to have a well organized and fun time! Pros: User Friendly, service as promised Cons: absolutely none more
