He listened to every word I said and was able to get me into the car of my dreams. Christian was awesome and was able to work out a fabulous deal for financing. I've read some of the negative reviews, but I said they couldn't be that bad. Well I must say these were very helpful and professional. Went there to see one car but it was sold the night before. I ended up getting nicer car with fewer miles. I wasn't pressured by them at all. I had an awesome experience and will buy my next vehicle from them. more

I recently bought an awesome used Acura MDX from this place. I was very impressed by the service. They worked with me on the price and were very reasonable, and were quick to go back and forth between me and management when working on the details of the deal. I've been to dealerships where the whole process took 1/2 day. Two hours after I walked in I was driving my car home. Hernan was my salesman, and didn't play games. He knew his stuff, stayed honest and made me feel very comfortable. He hooked up my registration, got my plates, and even had me bring the car back to get it detailed since I drove off with the car so quick. They let me know I can bring the car in for them to take a look if I had any problems. I heard a small noise in the car after the drive home, and they took care of it, no problem. The guy who worked on it also works at a Mercedes dealership, so I know it was in good hands. Every person that worked there was nice. Plus they have an impressive fleet of cars surrounding the building. Thumbs up! more

From the moment I contacted Deluxe of Linden, I was pleasantly greeted by ANDREW the salesman who patiently and considerately worked with me (even though I was concerned about couple things he dealt with me in a very honest and direct manner refraining from ""stringing me along"" but instead determining/addressing the reality of my situation and proposing ""next steps"" accordingly. When I received the news that we could move forward, I traveled to the dealership where I was greeted ZUU who spent a considerable amount of time with me as I wrestled with making my final decision. He was informative and knowledgable about the vehicles and made it easier for me to finalize my decision. After making my decision I met with the financial manager (whose name presently escapes me). He was extremely efficient and thorough as he explained contracts, fees and options in a clear and explicit manner. We even talked a bit about his family which added a ""human element"" to the transaction. I must say, prior to purchasing my car, I was skeptical of purchasing my MERCEDES BENZ C300 WHITE from a dealer other than a Mercedes Benz dealership, however both my purchasing experience as well as my high degree of satisfaction with the car's performance left me feeling confident and esctatic about the decision i made to patronize Deluxe. From pre to post purchasing,I've not had a more pleasant experience buying a vehicle. more

Management was friendly, and understanding of my frustration; while there a car came in as a trade-in I got an amazing deal on a high end SUV It was all worth it. This is a whole seller, it list on Ebay, so your best chance would be on ebay, or be onsite. more

I recently bought a car from salesman Lu at Deluxe Auto Sales. This dealership works well with any type of credit history. In past experiences with buying a car, other dealerships were more interested in putting me in a car that would better suit them monetarily than trying to work with my budget. Lu didn't seem to be interested in putting me in a more expensive car that he could've earned more interest off of; he worked hard to get me the most reasonable deal for my money. Everyone there was personable and polite. Lu gave me a great price on a great car and even helped me with finding affordable car insurance. He made the entire process simple and explained everything clearly, so that I knew exactly what I was signing my name to - and it wasn't an all day process. Before I left, he made sure that the car was in perfect working order and even had the car thoroughly detailed for me. I would definitely go back there in the future and recommend to friends and family. more

I recently visited Deluxe and was shocked at the quality of cars they have to chose from. I was greeted by Willy (salesman), he allowed us to test drive a number cars that we had in our price range. He was very professional and knowledgable of each vehicle. He was not a pushy salesman and understood what we were looking for. We decided on a Range Rover Sport ad I have to say it was a great experience. I had it looked over by a 3rd party mechanic and he gave the vehicle the ok. I would recommend this dealership and would recommend you talk to Willy to make a deal. more

I am Extremely happy with my overall experience at Deluxe. I bought a 2008 range rover sport and I ll be honest I was very hesitant because I read a few negative reviews. And I went there with the mentality that I would walk out with the first sign of any ""shady"" business. But to my surprise, they exceeded my expectations. From the patience and courtesy of the salesperson(Hernan) during the thorough test drive and delivery of the vehicle , to the professional manner of the manager Tony Gutierrez, the entire sales process was a pleasure. Even the next day when my wife called with a question about the navigation, she was treated great. Which says alot more than other places where I have bought a car, then after you leave it's like you don't matter(this is my 8th car so I have had my share of sc*mbags). But to sum it up, I would defenitely recommend Deluxe and they will get my business again when it's s time to trade in my wife's car. more
