I was recommended to this dealer by two of my friends, that insisted this is the place to purchace a high end vehicle at a fair price.I am very happy with my 2008 XF.The staff was friendly,hernan (salesman) and Tony G (general manager) were very helpful.I definetly recommend anyone in the market for a next to new luxury car to visit them...tony g makes a hell of a sandwich.... more

Not your typical used car dealership or sales representatives, very upfront & honest with their service. The minute we walked in they offered everything from coffee to breakfast, the negotiation process was painless, they worked with us on every angle. Very pleased with my purchased & I would certainly not only recommend them to friends & family but will also be returning to trade in my next vehicle within the next year. Nestor Martinez in financing was amazing got me a better rate then I even expected. Definitely a go to dealership. more

BUYER BE WARE !! advertised cars are only a bait car. you go in to not find that car but oh, we have this one. Their pricing is way too high and dealer fees are a scam !!! I learned the hard way buying my bmw !! more

I called this dealer about a car i was inerested in and they gave me directions by train from another state and offered to pick me up at the train station. When I got there the facility was beautiful with all makes and models of luxury vehicles. The car I wanted was a BMW which was just like the pics I saw online. I purchased the vehicle from Kevin G who was knowledgeable and very nice. The whole process was smooth and transparent. I would recommend Deluxe very highly. more

I just purchased a fully loaded 2009 Nissan Maxima from this dealership. Not once did they make me feel pressured to buy. They were very, very accommodating to my requests For example, I needed a low monthly payment, extended warranty and a certified point expection from a Nissan dealer. They Did that and more! I'm very, very satisfied with my purchase and will recommend all my friends to car shop at this dealership. I'm very happy with my purchase and am glad that I bought my car from this dealership. more

I had bought a BMW from Deluxe. The salesperson was Renato. At first the car showed no signs of any major problems but a few days after my purchase the battery went dead. I've heard horror stories of dealerships giving costumers the run around after the purchase is finished so I was worried. I called Deluxe and spoke with Renato and I was glad to find that he would fix the problem. A Deluxe mechanic came and replaced the old one for the new one without hesitation. I was very pleased and surprised with them. I would recommend them and Renato specifically as a salesperson. more
