DO NOT RETAIN David Chesley or Law Offices of David Chesley unless you are facing a crime that will not impact your life or send you to jail! Yeah, like a parking ticket, might be worth it with this firm! What I'm saying is that Chesley lawyers is more interested in the art of taking your money then in defending you or your rights like a legitimate law firm. I was/am facing a year in jail and needed a damn good defense attorney to represent me. David Chesley seemed to fit the bill with his fancy letters and website. Well, that's about where it stopped. All I got after my initial deposit was an attorney that failed to answer my questions, respond to my emails, or act at all like he gave a flying crap about, my case, or the outcome. My brothers accountant warned me about hiring Chesley Lawyers but the price was actually reasonable and the initial consultation made me confident. But after that, it all went downhill. Ever been in trouble with the law? Like as an adult? It's pretty scary especially when you have a family! A situation that should be taken very seriously by any attorney licensed to practice law! I would suggest you do your homework before hiring a criminal defense attorney in Los Angeles or any lawyer for that matter. I was duped by what I thought were genuine reviews of the Law Offices of David Chesley. Shame on any lawyer that does not represent their clients but rather just passes you off to some attorney with little to no experience!
