i can tell you that i know that these negative reviews were bogus. and i make this promise to all customers . if i cant make you happy i will refund your money and pay another shop to fix your car. now would i offer that in writing ,online! if i wasnt 100 percent sure that you will be happy with my shops? if you have a concern i will take care of you. my number is 321-662-0117. i have offered this to these so called people writing the bogus reviews but still havt heard from them . i wonder why? more

i just read the other reviews below . and could not believe it? there must be something wrong. i was at dealer direct this morning to have my car serviced and the placed was jammem pack full of customers and they all seemed very happy with the service. they did a great job on my car? i called the manager and told him about the bad reviews and told me that it was one of there competitors , he has the ip address from the guys computer and sure enough it leads back to another shop. wow , dealer direct must be doing something great for this guy to be so jealous he has to post fake bad reviews. keep up the good work guys . dont let that jerk get you down Pros: great service Cons: none more

Chris / Josh, Never in my life did I dream while on vacation in Orlando that a repair facility would answer a email i sent and respond back to me on a Saturday night around 11:00PM to make arrangements to pick up my vehicle on a Monday morning to estimate and begin much needed repairs. Your prompt and expert workmanship ensured that my wife and I had a safe trip home. I would recommend your facility off of Sand Lake Road to anyone. Pros: Great and Prompt Service more

Hey people of Citysearch... just to let you know yesterday I went to Dealer Direct's East Colonial Location with one of my friends... he was going to offer his marketing services to the company... while I waited for him to make his speech I asked for a FREE computer diagnostic to check if a message for POWER STEERING that was bothering me for a while in my car was something to worry about... Bad surprise... it was too dangerous and they gave me a good advise and avoid to drive the car... I was driving for weeks in risk of a big accident and I did not know it... they also checked the brakes and offer me a good deal in tires... finally they gave me a ride to my house in south Orlando... and, they also brought in the car to their nearest location (Sand lake Road) so I could pick it up near of my home... that was really cool and save time... great!!!! i just moved here to orlando last week to start working at disney. my ford rangers clutch started slipping 65 miles from hear. i found dealer direct online and called and spoke to Chris , he took care of me right away. he towed my truck in for free, gave me a free estimate , wich by the way was very reasonable. he had my truck back to me the same day.
