i just read the other reviews below . and could not believe it? there must be something wrong. i was at dealer direct this morning to have my car serviced and the placed was jammem pack full of customers and they all seemed very happy with the service. they did a great job on my car? i called the manager and told him about the bad reviews and told me that it was one of there competitors , he has the ip address from the guys computer and sure enough it leads back to another shop. wow , dealer direct must be doing something great for this guy to be so jealous he has to post fake bad reviews. keep up the good work guys . dont let that jerk get you down
