Day Hill Kennels

My dog has been using Day Hill for 2 years both for boarding and grooming. This facility is excellent.\r My dog who was a little shy at first now loves her stays and her grooming is the best. She joins in the play groups and now has become more relaxed and social. I have had dogs for all my life and have boarded them in various places and none compares to this. I would rate them the best by far. The staff is #1. more

Because we were going out of town for a few days, we decided to try Day Hill and have our cat stay there for about 5 days. The reason I am giving this place 0 stars is that after we came back and picked her up, they forgot to give us the cat's medical papers (vaccinations). We called them the next day to ask about the vaccination papers and they said that they can not find them. THIS IS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!! HOW CAN YOU LOOSE IMPORTANT PAPERS LIKE THAT?? These people need to get their act together and keep things organized. No apologies nothing!! So rude of them. They are incompetent!!! If they can not keep safe a piece of paper, then this makes me really uncomfortable, thinking about the way they take care of other's people precious pets. How hard is it to crate a folder for every client you have or make copies of the vaccination records and give back the original papers to the owner???? Now I have to waste my time and gas money to go to the vet and get another copy for my cat's vaccinations. In conclusion, I will never bring my pet back to these people more

Day Hill Kennel has been caring for our animals for years, and they always come back with a smile ! The staff always has our pets needs as #1. Our daughter worked at the kennel for a bit and she attested to the fact that their care is professional, clean, with an up to date facility. Anytime we go on vacation we leave our large dog and cat with the folks at Day Hill Kennels. The owner and staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, and it is obvious that their family business has many years of experience to back their superb service. They always remember our name, and our pets, which makes us feel welcomed and important. When we pick up our pets on our return, they are well cared for and happy. I don't like to leave my two bichons but when I do I trust Day Hill Kennels with them. One of my bichons has special needs and they are also accommodating with any request that we have. I NEVER have had any problems or concerns leaving my dogs with Roger and Tyler. My dogs are always clean and happy when we pick them up. Bonnie and Bouncer are happy to go to stay with them. I would recommend them to anyone. A place that I can trust. more

I have a year old golden with plenty of energy and no one home during the day. I have found the Day Care service at Day Hill Kennels to be the very best thing for us. Sally, the golden can't wait to go play with her friends! She literally pulls me into the place. They are open 7:30 to 5:30 so I can make it to work on time and I'm not stressed out about what she is destroying at home. She is always tired at night so that works for everyone. I've had nothing but great experiences at Day Hill Kennels!!! The staff is very knowledgeable and the facility is spotless.
