Never been treated so badly 1/19/2013

Never before has someone in a professional environment been so rude and confrontational to me. There was a mistake made and after explaining their side, I explained mine and the response of the pharmacist was To call me a liar and accuse me of calling them liars. No matter who was right or wrong in this situation, to use words like this is unprofessional. I would not have been writing this review if the pharmacist was not so rude to me ( no matter what the monetary outcome was) a simple, I am sorry, we cannot do anything for you would have left me upset, but not angry. more

Davis Island Pharmacy is the rudest people I have ever talked to.\r They charged my credit card without my permission when my insurance company limit was met. When I tried to ask the Davis Island person what was going on, the response was very rude and most un-professional experience in my life. When I had enough abuse I just hung up. Then the guy called my home because I would not pick up his return call to my cell and was rude to my minor child to the point where my son was shaking. \r My son called me and told me the exact same thing, that the guy from Davis Island Pharmacy was rude and raising his voice at my child. UNBELIEVABLE! They are not only VERY RUDE but charge three times the cost of medication that Publix charges. One would think that given the criminal charges they incur they would be a little nicer. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!! more

Excellent Pharmacy 12/8/2009

They are the best! Great customer service and convenient hours of operation. I love that there is a place like this instead of having to go to the large chain stores. AND they do compounding meds-fantastic! more

Much better than a CVS/Walgreens 5/2/2005

You get personalized service at this pharmacy. They even have mailing service. The staff is very friendly and you don't have to worry about getting meds you shouldn't or shortages. They have a good selection of home medical equipment also and other odds and ends. Best pharmacy on the Island! more
