I had a really great experience at Dave Smiths Ford 10/22/2011

I recently purchased a 2012 Ford Edge from Dave Smiths Ford. I have to say the process was pretty painless. I pretty much knew what I wanted to get so they worked with me on the price. Everything went smooth. I got what I wanted. The service area seems nice, so I plan on getting my oil changes and such done here as well. more

nice and clean here 10/11/2011

I am sitting here in the waiting room because I came in for an oil change. I'm bored so I popped online to check out this place. I have to say that it is a nice clean place, and everyone I've talked to seems nice and accomodating. I did not have an appointment, but they got me in right away. It's 7:00PM right now Tuesday night. They just pulled my ar around...got to go! more

I couldn't be happier! 10/8/2011

I bought a new truck last month, and I am very satisfied with the dealership. I have a new F150, and the whole process was pretty smooth. I went through a bankruptcy a few years back so my credit is about average now. The people at the dealership were able to get me a decent rate. My payments are good! I will be back to get another one in a few years. I plan on bringing my brother in next month to get a new truck. more

Be very careful this is a dishonest dealership 9/29/2011

We agreed to the price and terms of the deal and they took my deposit. The next day when I went to pick up the vehicle, as we were going through the contract I realized they changed the the term of the lease and it was going to cost me an additional $2000. I should have know this was going to happen - during negotiations every time I asked for the price in writing, they came up with a ridiculous story that the deal is written on a copywritten form and it would be illegal to give me a copy. more

Best Dealership around 9/11/2011

My wife and I just bought the New Ford Edge at Dave Smith last week. Offered an honest trade in for my old truck, were honest, friendly and very knowledgeable. Great communication from our salesman too. We will be dealing with them again in the future. 2 thumbs up !!!! more

Not your typical car buying experience. 9/6/2011

My husband and I bought a new Ford Escape (which we love!) last month. I was so happy and impressed with how easy it was to get it all done that I told my salesman ( he was new but he was smart, and very honest) that I wanted to refer some friends. They asked me if I wouldn't mind leaving a positive review online. I said ""of course I would!"" \r \r My husband and I had been thinking of a new Escape for the last 6 months or so. We drove to Dave Smith Ford when they were closed, and we had our eye on one they had in stock. Towards the end of the month we could tell that they were selling alot of them so we wanted to go in and see if we could afford the new Ford Escape. \r \r To make a long story short, we bought the one we wanted, and we love it. The whole process was very easy. They spelled out all of the numbers so we could understand what we were looking at. It just seemed like there was no smoke and mirror nonsense that we have experienced in the past elsewhere. We will be back for service, and we will also tell as many of our friends to also buy from Dave Smith Ford!!!! more

I just bought a car here, and I had a nice experience. No circus routine here, just a nice, easy place to buy a car. I dealt with a salesgirl named Brittany, and her manager Jason helped her put the numbers together for me. \r more

Drive from Niagara Falls 6/8/2011

I drive from Niagara Falls to get my service done at Dave Smith Ford. I like everyone that works there. \r \r I am thinking of trading in my old Expedition for something better on gas. I'll probably look at the Edge. I plan on buying at Dave Smith Ford. \r \r I will only buy a Ford because I will buy American, and Ford did not take the government's money. more

WOW! these Service guys have skills. 5/22/2011

I'm usually not one to write reviews about anybody's business, but what I witnessed has to be told about Mike Krywin at Dave Smith Ford. \r \r First off, I am in customer service, so I know how difficult some people can be. \r \r I was in the waiting room at Dave Smith Ford, and there was an extremely irate customer there going up and down everyone who would listen. Her car was there because it would not start that Saturday morning. She was very demanding, and just about called all of the guys a bunch of morons! She couldn't have been more wrong!!!!! \r \r To make a long story short, the problem was not with the car, but that mice had eaten through the wires under her hood. \r \r The reason for this post is because I have to say that Mike handled himself with such grace and poise, that he could give a lesson on how to be a true professional. \r \r Even with someone yelling in his face, Mike did not get upset. He simply heard this woman out, told her that they would get it resolved, and ultimately she left happy. \r \r I hope she apologized for being so TOTALLY off base. more

I too have been a customer for years. I have to agree with the other reviews. I have been coming here since Al Maroone owned this dealership. I like that the same people have been working here for a long time. Mary is very nice and funny, and I always like working with Mike K. in the shop. more

Great Service, cool guys in the Service Lane 5/10/2011

I really enjoy bringing my old car to this dealership for service. My parents are longtime customers here, so I just naturally started going there. I think Nick Yager, and Mike Ezzo are without a doubt the best service guys around. I like that they are very ""no pressure"", they just tell you if your car needs something, and let you decide if you want to do it. Sometimes they just tell me that I might want to keep an eye on something because it might need to be tuned up, or fixed down the road. They have kept my old ""beater"" car runnig great for 5 years now. Every time I have to get something fixed, they give me a good price. It seems more than fair. I am dreaming of getting a new Fusion, when I get my student loans paid off! more

Happy with my new Ford focus 4/26/2011

I went in to Dave Smith ford in Williamsville because it is close to where I live. My dad and I shopped around at several car dealerships before we went to Dave Smith Ford. I like the Ford Focus because it is cute, and it gets good gas mileage. My dad and I decided to buy the car at this dealership because they gave me a great price right away, and everyone seemed to be very nice. We were there on a Saturday, and they were all quite busy, and very friendly. more

Impressed! 4/14/2011

I was impressed when I brought my car back. I purchased a used car at DaveSmith ford in Williamsville and later had an issue with a noise coming from inside the steering wheel shaft. \r \r It was only a few weeks after I picked the car up so I asked if they could fix it for me. Eventhough the car was out of warranty, they still fixed the problem at no cost to me. It was a pain that I had a problem, but I don't think Dave Smith Ford could have seen the problem coming. I like that they fixed it for me for free! I have already sent a friend in to Dave Smith Ford to look at a car. more

Great Deal at Dave Smith Ford. Drove in from Rochester. 4/5/2011

The dealership had a nice looking Ford F150 on the internet and the price was pretty good so I decided to drive over to DaveSmith Ford from Rochester. I liked the truck and Dave Smith Ford gave me the most for my trade in that was in pretty rough shape so I bought Dave Smith's truck. I am very happy that I drove to Dave Smith Ford. I took the truck home from Dave Smith Ford on the same day. I am very happy with my new truck from Dave Smith Ford in williamsville more

A friend referred me to Dave Smith Ford, and I have to say that the entire process was very enjoyable. \r \r I liked the new Ford Fusion, so I wanted to look at a lease deal. I believe I got a great. Nice used Explorer for great price! 3/11/2011

Very happy with my 2007 Ford Explorer. i bought a used Explorer last year, and I got a great truck! I'm pretty sure I got a great price. After looking around, I found out that you get what you pay for! mine had new tires already on it, and no previuos accidents. It was much nicer than some of the other ones I looked at. \r \r I think someone gives these people happy pills in the morning!! I bring it to the shop for my oil changes, and everyone there is super friendly! more
