Nice dealership. I recently had an oil change done at this dealership. Price was good, about $35, plus I get a carwash ticket. Which is a nice touch. Nina (I'm guessing the receptionist) called about two days later. She just wanted to know if everything was done to my liking. Customer Service is a biggy with me. My simple oil change did not go unnoticed, and that tells me that the folks at Dave Smith Ford care about their customer satisfaction. more

Great working with the good people at Dave Smith Ford! I bought a car here for the first time three years ago. Now I do all of my maintenance here, and it's a really nice atmosphere here. I always get a QUALITY job for a FAIR price! That means alot to me because I'm a single mother who doesn't know the first thing about cars. I had a terrific experience at this dealership! Unfortunately, I smashed up my car over the holidays, and the body shop fixed my car like BRAND NEW!!! If you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of needing collision work, I would highly recommend getting hold of Jay B in the body shop at Dave Smith's Ford. BTW Stephanie is very nice too! Jay and Stephanie got me a loaner car the same day I brought the car in, and also handled my entire claim. \r \r I literally just dropped the car off on a Monday, and picked it up 6 days later. Hopefullu I don't need the use of their collision shop again, but I will definitely be hitting them up when my lease comes due next year. \r \r Sincerely, One SATISFIED customer!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

Recently I had to take my 2006 Fusion in to the dealership for a recall. Since the dealership that I bought the car from is now gone, I googled to see where to take my car. I took it to Dave Smith Ford in Williamsville because they had some positive reviews. \r \r While my car was in for the recall, they asked me if I would like to take advantage of some of the other discounted services that they had at the time. I should say that I usually take my car to the quick lube down the street, so I was surprised at how reasonable the prices were at the dealership. Usually the dealer's prices are alot higher. \r \r I was able to get the recall done quickly, and I also had the ""works "" package done. My car was done right, and they also gave me a voucher for a car wash. I was out the door for under $50 and I know that my car was done right. Check out this dealership because they are nice people and will treat you right! more

I was recently in the market for a car. I was in the market for a used car. I did lots of research online. I narrowed my list of cars down to a few. I liked the new Ford Focus, and also the new Honda Civic. I located severaal vehicles in the Buffalo area. I went to a Honda dealer, and was unimpressed with the salesperson. The guy I talked to really didn't seem interested in what I wanted. He actually asked me what my credit score was!!! Are you kidding me?!? I left. \r \r I knew the Ford dealership on Transit Road had a few decent looking used Focuses, so I went over to check them out. The guy I talked to (John Martinek) was nice, and polite. He didn't ask me too much about money. He just seemed like he wanted to help me find a car that I would like. Very refreshing. \r \r We drove several used cars, and ultimatele I ended up buying a 2012 Ford Focus. It is a really nice car. I paid around $15000 plus tax. I did my research on the prices so I thought that this was a good deal for me. \r \r Bottom line, If you're in the market for a new Ford, check out Dave Smith Ford. they seem nice, and the car I ended up with was a good value. more

I have been getting my old truck serviced here for a couple years now. The Service Department always seems to do a good job, and the price is pretty much the same as AAA so I would rather get it done at the dealership. \r \r Last time I was in, I saw Dave Smith talking to a few people in the service lane. I don't think they were close friends, but it was good to see the owner talking (joking around) with the customers. \r \r It seems like they run a good shop here, and I give them a good rating for that. more

I just picked up my new car at Dave Smith Ford! I bought a used car, but it is my first car, and my dad came with me and it was a really good experience!\r \r I picked up a 2007 Ford Focus with only 45,000 miles on it! It is pretty much exactly what I was looking for. I am going away to college next year so my parents told me to find a nice car with lower miles on it that also gets good gas mileage. \r \r I did my research and narrowed my cars down to the Focus, the Corolla, and the Civic. I found a bunch of other cars around town, but nobody wanted to talk to me since I probably look like I can't buy a car. \r \r I saw this particular Focus online and went in to Dave Smith Ford dealership to see it in person. I can't remember the salesman's name, but he came right out to help me. He wasn't pushy, only asked me what I was going to use it for, how many miles I drive, etc. \r \r After he let me drive the car, I finally told him that my parents were going to buy the car for me to take to school in the Fall. He even let me take the car home to show my mom and dad during his dinner break. Needless to say, I came back with my dad after dinner, and we bought the car that night. \r \r The price was great, and the car is in excellent condition. I really felt like I was treated the best at this dealership. Most other salespeople wouldn't give me the time of day, but the salesperson at this dealership went over and above to help me buy a car! I'm very happy! more

I recently took my 2007 Fusion to the Quicklane at Dave Smith Ford. I had an oil change and regular maintenance, and a car wash done in just about 30 minutes. \r \r I used to take my car to Monroe, but the kids working there didn't seem to know what they were doing. I feel better having a Ford mechanic work on my car. \r \r I had a good experience at Dave Smith Ford, and will go back in the future. more

I had service done to my truck. They asked if I could possibly leave an honest review of my experience. I was pleased with the work performed. I had the transmission service, tire rotation, and oil service. It was all done in a timely fashion for a decent price (around $450 for the 30k service). I was happy to get my truck back nice and clean. There wasn't any grease stains on the inside of the truck. I appreciate that they took the time to give me back my truck the way I gave it to them. more

I just bought a car from these people and I was happy with the whole deal. I made them an offer on a 2008 Escape that was listed online. They countered and we got it done. The guys in the Used Car building were fun to deal with. They made it easy for me, and I was able to get this nicer car and still keep my payments affordable. It's was nice to be able to go in to a ""stressfull"" situation and surprisingly have some laughs. I mean really...who enjoys buying a car? These guys made it easy. more

I just love it here. I have been bringing my car in for service here for the last two years. Everytime I show up, I am always greeted with a smile! Mary is funny, and I have worked with both Mikes, and Brad. I always feel like I am treated fairly at Dave Smith Ford. I own a 2003 Ford F150 that I have owned since the begining. I had a problem with it recently so I took it to Delacy Ford. It was making a funny noise at certain times. I took it there and tried to explain what was happening. After 3 visits, all I got were a new set of brakes and a transmission flush, but I still had the same problem that I originally had!!! It cost me almost $1,000 and I still didn't get the problem fixed. \r \r I was very POd so I wanted to take it somewhere else to see if they could fix it. I took it to Dave Smith Ford. I had an appointment and met with Mike Ezzo in the service lane. I tried to describe what the noise was and that it didn't happen all of the time. Mike took the time to drive up the road with me to see if he could hear it. After driving a few miles we heard it very slightly. We turned around and went back to the service depatment. Mike had one of his guys put the truck up on the lift. \r Turns out that a clip that held one of the cooler lines had corroded over time. There was a recall notice out there for just this problem. \r Mike and his guy were able to get this annoying problem fixed for me AT NO CHARGE!!! I had to pay the other dealer almost $1,000 for a bunch of unrelated stuff and they couldn't fix it. I think Mike Ezzo and his guy Bob at Dave Smith Ford worked with me to get my problem fixed, and they weren't trying to sell me a bunch of other stuff that I didn't even bring my truck there for. I don't know much about how trucks operate so I have to go by what the mechanics tell me. I felt that I was treated extremely fairly at Dave Smith Ford. I am definitely going there for my service needs from now on. I may even trade this truck for a newer one. more

They asked me to write an honest review of my experience. \r \r I leased a new Fusion from Dave Smith Ford two months ago. I started my search by looking at the Ford website. I liked the looks of the Ford Fusion so I sent an email in to the dealership. I got a reply almost immediately from a nice young lady named Brittany. She was able to get me all of the information I needed at that point. I should point out that I did NOT get this same response from any other dealer. \r \r I checked out Dave Smith Ford online prior to my visit, and was happy to see several good reviews. \r \r I met Brittany at the dealership a few days later. She had a representative car waiting for me to take for a test drive. I drove the Fusion and I really thought it fit my needs perfectly. I just wanted a nice looking car that gets good gas mileage, and also fit my $250ish monthly budget. \r \r Brittany worked several different payment deals out for me. I looked at buying versus leasing. Ultimately, I chose to lease the car because I want to be able to get into the new model in a couple years. The payments on this car are VERY affordable. \r \r I did my research, and I am pleased to give Brittany, and Dave Smith Ford an EXCELLENT rating! more

I bring my car to Dave Smiths Fords carwash regularly. I just did an oil change there and they washed my car after the oil change. I do like to dry my car myself. I think the people at this particular dealership are good people. The boys at the wash are good kids. more
