I was impressed when I brought my car back. I purchased a used car at DaveSmith ford in Williamsville and later had an issue with a noise coming from inside the steering wheel shaft. \r

It was only a few weeks after I picked the car up so I asked if they could fix it for me. Eventhough the car was out of warranty, they still fixed the problem at no cost to me. It was a pain that I had a problem, but I don't think Dave Smith Ford could have seen the problem coming. I like that they fixed it for me for free! I have already sent a friend in to Dave Smith Ford to look at a car.
