Dana's Housekeeping has done an outstanding job so far. I've been using them for a couple months and the cleaners that have come to my home have always been thorough, polite, and professional. They always ask if there are any other things that they can do to meet my needs. They have a good attitude, are always very careful, and make sure to leave my home clean and dust-free. They take very good care of my home and I'd absolutely recommend them. more

Dana's Housekeeping has given us top notch service since day one. We've had quite a few ladies come out here to clean our house for the past four years and all of them have been really nice. Kelly is outstanding. Paula and Jill are just as good and have the kind of attention to detail that really makes our place shine. My husband has Alzheimer's and Dana's Housekeeping is always very accommodating with that when there are days where we have to reschedule. I'm very pleased with the way they run things. The prices are very reasonable and their business has been the one that I will use for housekeeping for the future. more

Dana's Housekeeping sent two women to my house every two weeks. They spent four hours each and cleaned my house from top to bottom, period. It's the feeling of having everything done at once. It's a different feeling than you and I managing it. I can't get it all done in just a few hours! They worked with me for about 3 years. I found the ladies polite, very nice, and courteous. They let me know if they saw something out of sync. I stopped service and then just started it back up again recently. Dana's even sent one of the original women out the second time. I've been very impressed with Dana's Housekeeping for the past few months that I've been using them. They're really flexible with our schedules and I like that. The gal who cleans our house, Maria, used to miss some spots simply because my husband and I are pretty tall and she was unable to reach certain light fixtures and picture frames at first. I haven't had a bad experience with Dana's Housekeeping. I don't have a regular consistent person who comes to clean. I call at the last minute asking if they have anyone available. I schedule someone sporadically, and some are excellent, some not as good, but they always do a good job, are hardworking, personable, and nice. Kathy works hard to fine me someone. more

I have to give the highest ratings because the lady that I had from Dana's Housekeeping went over and above what a normal cleaning service would do. I had gotten into a car accident and was not able to do any cleaning. She did my windows, cleaned out some drawers for me, and was just willing to do anything that I needed her to do. Most companies just have certain rooms or certain things they will do in those rooms. more

The person who comes now is not quite as efficient sometimes, but the cleaning still gets done fine. more

During the hours she is at our house she doesn't stop cleaning. She's very careful with our belongings and does a thorough job. We have worked with Dana's Housekeeping for the last seven years. Everything has worked out really well. We've used a few different people. In the last two years, it's been the same woman, and we like her very much. She comes once every two weeks. When you allow someone into your home to do service, you want them to be receptive to any feedback you may have. Dana's Housekeeping is extremely open to feedback. If we need to change anything regarding scheduling or the person cleaning, they will be proactive, rather than defensive, about it. The first cleaning lady we had was probably the best. She was very efficient and thorough and got a lot done in the four hours she was in our home. She even went as far as folding our laundry. She set the bar very high. The people we had after she left the company still did a great job, but some things were missed. Luckily, we found someone who was the right fit for us, which is the woman we have currently. Overall, this company is very reliable and trustworthy. We have been very happy with their service. They cater to our needs quickly and deliver on everything that is expected of them. more

Dana's Housekeeping is always willing to adjust to meet our schedules if necessary. If something changes, they are available on the phone and willing to discuss options. Cecilia, our cleaner, is 100% reliable. When she's here, she is very independent and sure to do a nice job. We've been staying with Dana's for a couple of years now. more

Everything was done smoothly. Dana's Housekeeping shows up on time. I haven't any issues with them. The housekeepers seem smart and are good with their time. If you happen to have a tough time with one of the housekeepers, you're allowed to choose others. more
