We have worked with Dana's Housekeeping for the last seven years. Everything has worked out really well. We've used a few different people. In the last two years, it's been the same woman, and we like her very much. She comes once every two weeks. When you allow someone into your home to do service, you want them to be receptive to any feedback you may have. Dana's Housekeeping is extremely open to feedback. If we need to change anything regarding scheduling or the person cleaning, they will be proactive, rather than defensive, about it. The first cleaning lady we had was probably the best. She was very efficient and thorough and got a lot done in the four hours she was in our home. She even went as far as folding our laundry. She set the bar very high. The people we had after she left the company still did a great job, but some things were missed. Luckily, we found someone who was the right fit for us, which is the woman we have currently. Overall, this company is very reliable and trustworthy. We have been very happy with their service. They cater to our needs quickly and deliver on everything that is expected of them.
