Five Star Dealership??? Riiiiiiiight...... 5/18/2011

As long as the manager who runs the service department it is in charge of it this dealership can never be a Five Stare dealership in my opinion. He exemplifies the worst in customer service and satisfaction, also in professionalism. It's sad, because my Chrysler has been a wonderful car. I have nearly 145,000 miles on it and it's never given me any problem. I had always intended to buy a new Chrysler when I was ready for a new car. But now I guess I'll just go on down to the Nissan dealership in Mesquite when I'm ready for a new ride. :( Oh well there's $25,000 that Dallas Dodge won't be getting from my next sale. That being said, the Sales dept might be A#1 still.... they were when I bought my car. Sad how one person can bring a whole dealership down. more

Confident with my purchase 8/17/2010

I have purchased cars from several dealerships in the past but my experience here was by far the best yet! The service team was fabulous and I feel confident with my purchase. Their no pressure style of selling cars put me at ease. They were willing to listen to what I liked and did their best to accommodate me. Everybody involved was personable, understanding and thoughtful. It was perfect and nothing else can be said! more

Stay Away from Their Service Department 2/24/2010

I only gave them 1 star because I had to. Otherwise they wouldn't haven't gotten any.\r I should have learned my lesson the first time they screwed me out of a bunch of money.\r I took my Jeep Cherokee to them because the air conditioner stopped working. They refilled the freon and added dye to help locate a leak if there was one. I called them a week later to tell them it wasn't working again. I took it back, they couldn't find a leak, so they refilled the freon AGAIN and sent me on my way. One week later the air conditioner quit again. I took it back and they said there was probably something wrong with the condenser, so they replaced it. A week later, it quit yet again. I took it back and they finally discovered a crack in the evaporator core under the dash. \r Ok, if they would have done END-TO-END testing to check for a leak the first time, they would have found this. That kind of testing is BASIC troubleshooting. I expected they had done that, but I guess their so-called A/C 'expert' is no expert after all. It scares me to think that all that time I was inhaling freon in the passenger compartment.\r I dropped my car off with them again because the voltage meter pegged out and the 'check gauges' light came on. I just called for status and they are JUST NOW doing the diagnostics that will cost me $120. I dropped my car off at 6:00pm on a Monday and it's now Wednesday at 2:00pm. NEVER again will I take my car to them. Cons: Everything about the Service Dept more

WARNING WARNING WARNING 1/25/2010

\r I would not recommend to anyone to go here for service on a vehicle. They are criminals, I have a commercial vehicle and I recently took my van in for a recall notice and they called me and said the check engine light was on also and it was not due to the recall. They said it was due to the glow plugs needing to be replaced. They wanted $987.00 to replace 6 glow plugs that cost about $15.00 each. My nephew is a diesel mechanic and replaced them for me for and all I had to pay for was the glow plugs. The other thing they did not tell me is that there was a charge of $108.00 for reading the diagnostic test to tell me why the check engine light was on. This is the second time I took my van in for service there and the second time they tried to gouge me with there hihg pricing. I won't even tell you what happened the first time. I even asked them what they charge for a oil change when I took it in this time and they get $149.00 and my mechanic I take it too charges me $85.00 now something is wrong with this company. If you want to overpay for servicing your vehicle the by all means take it here.\r Cons: CRIMINAL more

Worst Service Ever 2/5/2009

After a complete theft of the interior of my vehicle I decided to use this dealerships repair department to restore everything back to its original condition. I found out later that there is very little actual repair done at this location. Every repair that was done was done offsite and even then it was not done right. My contact (Tom) gave me the run around for about two weeks. I had to go back about three times for different issues after it had been ""fixed"". The first time the alarm had been configured wrong so when I requested they remove it they did but still charged me for the installation and the parts. The second time as soon as I left I noticed that my sun visors were gone. The last time I went in because the stereo that was replaced (supposedly a re-manufactured unit) was not operating properly (CD?s would not eject) and was told there was nothing else they could do. I finally got tired of going back and 7000 dollars later I was not happy at all with their service. I finally replaced the stereo and to my surprise found a Junkyard stereo in the dash. Wouldn't you know it they won?t replace or fix that? As a whole this experience has left me with a very beware attitude towards this dealership and I would not recommend going to such a shady place no matter what it is you need. I can only hope my review will serve as a guide as to the level of experience people should expect from this place. As in all places there is bound to be someone there who actually cares about more than just the bottom line but as a whole I give this location a big thumbs down. Pros: Wut? It's phisically there.
