As long as the manager who runs the service department it is in charge of it this dealership can never be a Five Stare dealership in my opinion. He exemplifies the worst in custom...

Update you all the way 3/7/2012

On the first day we dropped off my vehicle we had a hard time getting a report on the nature of repair and approximate pick-up time. We later understood this was due to family problem with one of the technicians. However, Rusty updated us on day one and Rich took over on day two. Both were helpful and courteous. more

Happy Experience 12/8/2011

I am happy with my experience and appreciate the overall service and attitude provided when I come to Dallas Dodge. I live near the Plano dealership... and would rather drive to Dallas Dodge where I feel as if my vehicle/myself makes a difference... and is not just another dollar walking thru the door. The service I received at this center was excellent! I was so pleased with how I was treated that I will be coming here from now on. Alex was especially courteous to me with calling to verify my warrantee information after my car was almost ready. I even received a car wash! Thank you all for the great job you have done!! more

Not so bad after all 12/2/2011

I really enjoyed this experience. In the past... I had came there and got good service... but the worst service that I ever received was back in July. I had bad service. I had made up in my mind never to return again. This time... I was treated with kindness. Thanks for the good service. I will be back. THANKS EVERYONE. MAY GOD BLESS AND MERRY CHRISTMAS. more

World Class Service 11/8/2011

(Jose Diaz) at the service dept... was very friendly and prompt with giving me status on my truck. So... just keep up with the good work. Hopefully I won`t see the service dept anytime soon. But I will make my way to look around in the showroom pretty soon. more

My visit had always been great. Fast and friendly service every time. This last visit was great I got off work and was so tired but needed to change the oil in my vehicle and arrived and left in no time. It?s that easy thanks! more
