I recently brought my car in and I can't say enough about the service I received! My car looked brand new not only because my dings and dents were fixed but, my car was washed and vacuumed! Dale's Collision Repair is more like a 7 on a 5 point scale. They were awesome. I was rear-ended coming to work and I had my truck towed there that Friday. Dale started on it Tuesday because he had to wait to get the parts, but he started tearing down the truck right away. They weren't sure how much damage there was when first looking at it, but fortunately the frame was not damaged, so it ended up being close to $7000 when all was said and done, and you can't even tell the truck was in a wreck. I couldn't be happier! We have been waiting on one part from Dodge. Three times now, since November, they have sent the wrong one. Today, they finally got it right, and Dale came down to where I work to get my truck for me, and he also brought it back when he was done. Most places would not do that, but he knew I didn't want to miss work. That is just another reason why I think they're the best. more

I was greeted with a handshake. That says it right there. This is an old time value lost in todays culture. It really impresses me when someone comes up to you, shakes your hand and says we will take care of you. When dropping the vehicle off that morning Dale himself took care of me because they were not open yet. He told me when to expect it back and that they will give me a call to let me know if anything changes. My vehicle is black and I know black is hard to match but I told them the only thing I was concerned with was that the door matched the rest of the vehicle. I didn't care how long it takes. Dale called me to give a status and all was good. I like that. I went to pick up my vehicle and there it sat in the sun PERFECT color and matches the rest of the vehicle. I was amazed that they could do the work so well and they performed the work so quickly. They have the right people working for them. I only dealt with Dave and the nice young lady that took my money but the guys that performed their magic on my door are the heroes. Management picked the right people for their team. I am glad I picked Dales. Thank you for treating me like a person and not a dollar sign. You all are artists, personally and professionally more

I have been to Dale's Collision Repair a couple of times, and they are very good. They have always been helpful, and do a good job of keeping me informed. They also do beautiful work on my car. The last time I went to Dale's, they had to remove a door and repair the whole side of my car. They matched the paint perfectly, and I can't even tell the difference. Dale was very professional and helpful. He explained everything in detail without talking down to me because I am female. I work at Fort Sam Houston and the location was very convenient because it was close to work and there's an enterprise down the street (which Dale called for me). Enterprise came to pick me up. Dale transferred the heavier items in my vehicle to my rental due to my back injury. My vehicle when I picked it up looked great, just like new. Dale also advised me about the diminished value claim for the vehicle. GREAT JOB! more

If I had an opportunity to send someone over to Dale, I would tell them to look at my truck. It is a nice looking truck, and they wouldn't believe that it had been totaled. I had a hit and run accident, and my car happened to be towed to Dale's Collision Repair. My cars been in there for almost three months and they blame me for not signing a notary. When no auto mechanic has ever asked for a thing. They give times its going to be ready and then don't even call. Every time i call them they say something else is wrong with the car. This place is awful. Don't Go Here! more
