Dale was very professional and helpful. He explained everything in detail without talking down to me because I am female. I work at Fort Sam Houston and the location was very convenient because it was close to work and there's an enterprise down the street (which Dale called for me). Enterprise came to pick me up. Dale transferred the heavier items in my vehicle to my rental due to my back injury. My vehicle when I picked it up looked great, just like new. Dale also advised me about the diminished value claim for the vehicle. GREAT JOB!
