I was greeted with a handshake. That says it right there. This is an old time value lost in todays culture. It really impresses me when someone comes up to you, shakes your hand and says we will take care of you.
When dropping the vehicle off that morning Dale himself took care of me because they were not open yet. He told me when to expect it back and that they will give me a call to let me know if anything changes. My vehicle is black and I know black is hard to match but I told them the only thing I was concerned with was that the door matched the rest of the vehicle. I didn't care how long it takes. Dale called me to give a status and all was good. I like that. I went to pick up my vehicle and there it sat in the sun PERFECT color and matches the rest of the vehicle. I was amazed that they could do the work so well and they performed the work so quickly. They have the right people working for them. I only dealt with Dave and the nice young lady that took my money but the guys that performed their magic on my door are the heroes. Management picked the right people for their team. I am glad I picked Dales. Thank you for treating me like a person and not a dollar sign. You all are artists, personally and professionally
