I would just like to say that this is actually the most elegant and professional salon & day spa I have ever been to. The employees where very caring and concerning to make sure that everything was going well. I felt like i was the most important person there, they made sure i was comfortable and constantly asked if I needed anything. They took care of all my needs and the services were out of this world. I have spent more money on other salons and haven't ever goten close to the results I got at this salon. Take my advice and go to this salon, one of the best services I think was very unique was the sauna. It never hurts to try, im sure you wont be disppointed either. The first time i went to ""D'elegance Salon & Day Spa"" in Katy i was overly whelmed. I never seen a Spa so clean and neat in my life. The services were fantastic, and my massage therapist hit every spot that hurt in my body. The place was so peaceful that i seriously thought i was in heaven. Every day i spend time with my kids and never am able to spend some quality time by myself in peace. Not saying that my kids are a problem, but if you want to go to a place that puts you at ease and makes you feel like a beautiful women then take my advice and go to this salon. My husband gave me a spa package from D'elegance for valentines day. I booked the appointment for this last Saturday. Included w/ the package was a limosine....from the moment I was picked up by the limo to the time I arrived back at home I felt like a queen in a dream. The massage and facial were one of the best I have ever had. I also colored and cut my hair. Carlos who did my hair was awsome!!! I now have a new hair dresser that knows what he is doing. I recently had a spa manicure and pedicure. It was nothing more than a regular manicure that I can get from a nail shop for $10. I had to go somewhere else after having my nails done and have them repainted! The french manicure was sloppy and unprofessional. The manicurist cut my finger and I had to apply pressure to stop the bleeding. I went here only because I had a gift certificate. I will never go to this place again. I can't comment on their other services, but the manicures and pedicures are not worth the money. more

The was my 2nd visit to this Day Spa and it was even better than the first visit. I got a Massage, Facial, and a color treatment to my hair. I use Framesi Hair Color and they are one of the only hair salons in Katy that use this great color line. I am now a regular there and would suggest you give them a try. First asked if they could thermally straighten my hair today, I was informed that they could. Upon arrival they informed me they didn't have the chemicals. They suggested strip my color to even out color. Worse now, I don't know the color of my hair? Guy extremely rough. Not being tender headed, I needed to lie so that he would be gentle & did not work. He was aware of my pain & amused by it. Dirty towel provided, splashing my face w/chemicals. Threw me a towel so I can wipe my own face. Iin a hurry & half ass ""fixed"" my hair?? Informed by differnt salon they can't straighten my hair for 90 days due to them ""fixing"" color. Asked D'Elegance if color striping would hinder my straightening, assured not. RECOMMENDED IF YOU WANT TO PAY TOP $ TO GET TREATED LIKE CRAP AND WALK OUT W/RUINED HAIR! Cons: over priced more

This spa skips on the ""elegance"". Professionalism was not anywhere to be noticed. I specified my tense areas (neck and lower back), and the masseuse didn't spend any more time on that than she did my hands. Her phone went off during the session, and she had to be a smoker b/c the smell of cigarette smoke was apparent through the smell of the cheap oils being used. She tried to make small talk when I told her that I just wanted to relax. I actually left with a headache I did not have when I walked in. I definitely do not recommend a massage here. more

The staff was the best that I have ever seen. They are all very helpful in answering any questions that you have. They all work togather to make sure that you are very happy and to make your time there all about you. Pros: inexpensivee, great staff, good parking more

I went to get a hair cut & BLOND high lighted. she died my hair Dark brown w/ orange high lights. I started crying. They took me to the back so the other customer could not hear me. She tried to tell me I asked for my hair to look like this. She then told me that this is the color of hair I had.(I AM BLOND) She said she would do more high lights but now my hair is very dry. They told me to go wash my hair two times, let my daughter and friends see it and I will love it. I started crying harder and told them I would never like it. I asked for a refund and they said NO and my hair is so messed up it is falling out. Cons: don't take care of u, no refunds, mess up my hair more
