I went to get a hair cut & BLOND high lighted. she died my hair Dark brown w/ orange high lights. I started crying. They took me to the back so the other customer could not hear me. She tried to tell me I asked for my hair to look like this. She then told me that this is the color of hair I had.(I AM BLOND) She said she would do more high lights but now my hair is very dry. They told me to go wash my hair two times, let my daughter and friends see it and I will love it. I started crying harder and told them I would never like it. I asked for a refund and they said NO and my hair is so messed up it is falling out.
Cons: don't take care of u, no refunds, mess up my hair
