Cycle Bob's

I've been going to Cycle Bob's for my quads for about three years. He's never been anything but honest and does great work. A great person to work with and I like hanging out there too. more

I had my two ATVs into Cycle Bob's a while back. They had some overheating issues and some tuneup issues. He worked on them, and did a real nice job. The price was real reaonable and I had a great experience. I'd certainly come back again and certainly refer my friends and family more

Cycle Bob's isn't that big, but they do have a lot of stock, and what they don't have they can get for you. All in all, I am impressed. more

Cycle Bob's doesn't look like much from the road, but they do have a good selection of parts. They managed to get me parts for my dirt bike, and it didn't cost me a fortune either. more

I admit I was a little put off by some of the reviews, but something must have changed here as every time we have gone in they've been nothing but kind to me and my husband. They know how to locate the right motorcycle parts, and they always are efficient. more

Rudest people ever. I hope this shop goes out of business. Idiots. If you don't want people to come to your goddamn store then close the F'ing door. Any of these people that wrote a good review HAD to be the people working in the store. What a sad waste of space. Hope they plow it. more

What more could a motorcycle/atv/dirtbike enthusiast ask for than Cyclebobs shop in the neighborhood? Not much. This is not your typical motorcycle shop, definitely not like a dealership. These guys are the real deal. This is any riders ""candy store"". They carry all the cool parts and more that the major places don't, and they can order anything you want. They also have a full service shop. They specialize in everything, and know what they are doing.If you have a question, they'll have an answer. Support the local guys. more

while on my way to Crown King this weekend half way in I got a flat and was stranded with no way out. with no phone service all I could do was hope someone would show up and lend a hand. well after a very stressful 30 minutes this guy in a red commander pulls up and asked if we were ok. I showed him the flat and he laughed and said no worries! In fifteen minutes he fixed my flat, aired me back up and just wanted a hand shake as payment. Turns out he owns a shop and he was Cycle Bob. Saved my ass. Thx Bob, can't wait to visit his shop and get some new tires. more

Hands down the best service price and aftercare in east valley. One word sums it up solid. If your tired of being screwed by the big shops go to Cyclebobs for an honest deal on all your bike needs.If you're looking to chit chat or ask 20 questions on the phone,they may be a little busy to do that, but if you bring your dirtbike and tell them what you need or whats wrong they will do it fast, cheap, and RIGHT. This guy has years experience doing everything to do with dirtbikes and the best parts selection I've seen anywhere. I recommend everyone to Cyclebobs in Gilbert. more

I have a quad that ran fine once started but it was hard to start. Bob said it needed valve work,then called and said it needed carburetor work as well for $100.00 more. I picked quad up and it started fine. I went to sand dunes and it ran horrible!!! I went back today and simply told him it ran terrible at dunes. He said it would need more carb work etc.and said the cold weather affected it. I told him I live in Flagstaff and the cold never has been an issue. Bob started raising his voice in defense and yelled when I told him it ran fine before he worked on it. I simply told him I would take my business elsewhere. He said fine, (get out of my store you f*&&*ing mormon) ?? why or where that came up is a mystery, he has no idea what religion I am. I said I will never be back and walked to my truck. He actually walked out the door and yelled ( If you write a bad review, I will burn your F(*^&ing house down ). I am still amazed at what happened. I'm an easy going guy and his attack was unjustified and unwarranted. This was a very simple issue and I would have worked through it. I have purchased tires and misc items from him but i'm done. He is very, very rude and always has been. He is a hot head and I will never step foot on his property again. This is the first review I have ever wrote about any business. I am warning everyone who rides,,,stay away,,, he's a loose cannon. He will be out of business soon, just read the reviews......In a good or bad economy, I can't understand how any business owner could treat a client so bad. Knock that chip off you shoulder Bobby, you may gain a loyal customer as I once was. Don't burn my house down either!!!! more

I just got treated as poorly as I've ever been treated by merchant. I called Bob's shop looking for 3 sets of tires for 3 different bikes.......I inquired about brand, sizing availability and price. I was willing spend top dollar to support a local shop who is open Mondays...how novel. Bob refuses to check anything for me and tells me not to waste his time looking things up for me and if I want to know anything, I'll need to drive down to his shop, and then hangs up on me. Listen up Bob! People like you hurt our sport. I was willing to drive 20 miles to give your small shop some business and find out what you were all about. It's pretty clear that your business is doing so well that you can just rudely blow off customers. I ride with a fairly large group of guys up north, and I'll be sure to tell them what a rude jerk Cycle Bob is. Bob.....your misery is your own doing! more

I've been a motorcycle enthusiast for 35 years, owned over 25 motorcycles, and rarely have I come across a shop owner this bad. Previous reviews were spot on, this guy is totally rude and a scam artist. My girlfriend took her bike to him at closing time and when I found out the way he treated her and the prices he was charging I urged her to get it back. She called him the next morning at 7AM and told him she would be coming to get the bike and he said OK. Shop doesn't open until 9AM. When she arrived with help in the afternoon he told her he had already done work on the bike that morning and she would have to pay to get it back, yet he SAID NOTHING ABOUT DOING WORK ON IT AT 7AM THAT MORNING. What a total scam artist preying on females, wouldn't be suprised if he hasn't gotten his ass kicked in the past over a stunt like that. more

This lady below me- maybe you should think about getting a real bike and not trying to bring in her trash leftovers to be worked on. Cyclebob has stated for years he doesnt work on junk-you cant get parts. Maybe if you had the smarts before buying junk you wouldnt have that situation. Then he gets the grief from people like the one below who only have themselves to blame. Did he tell you to buy junk?did he tell you he would fix your junk? I have known this business for several years with him going out of his way to help people and get them what they need when they need it-going above and beyond. His service is the best. I rate thumbs up. To the idiot below get a life, and its probably wonderful for him that you wont come back. Telling someone they cant repair junk is not rude its fact. P.s. don't shop here! He is rude down right jerk when it come to women and bikes- plus he's too exspensive doesn't have half of what he says in stock. Was going to order from him parts for my quad but when i went in his shop he had a attitude right from the start so i didn't order plus watching him deal with another customer and once the customer left put him down to me about his ""chinese"" bike...the guy just wanted a tire fixed#%#@!?BUYER CONSUMER BEWARE!!!!!
