First time there, was blown away! Excellent taste, great recommendations by the staff, fast but not too fast great service, atmosphere can be romantic or casual, complimentary crispy flatbread with sauces to start the meal (excellent stuff!), clean place, friendly staff, medium spiced foods were just right, awesome flavor. Highly recommended. Pros: Service, Ambiance, Food, Everything more

I have been going to Cuisine of India for many years. Its a great place to get tasty indian food in a relaxed setting. The owner is a very nice man, and will always ask how you are doing. I've always enjoyed their food, and their lunch buffets are an excellent value. Pros: Good Customer Service, Reasonable Price more

Authentic Indian food 7/10/2009

We went in group of 15 people for dinner. Take care of us very nice. Indian food cooked the way we want. Make everybody happy. Staff was very friendly. I will strongly recomend Pros: Great place and awsm food more

Amazing experience 2/13/2009

My mom came to visit me and she really wanna try some indian food. I took her to cuisine of india for lunch and they had great service, amazing food and outstanding seating. We loved there gulab jamun and also samosas. Variety of food to eat not that many indian restaurant have so many choices, specially in lunch buffet. Pros: awsm food, great service more

Good non-vegetarian Indian 10/17/2008

I've gone here a few times trying to find a new Indian favorite after moving here from Atlanta (go to Bhojanic in ATL!!!!). It has a nicer ambience than other Indian places, white tableclothes, the tables aren't too close. I wish the thali platter could be customized a little. But the lamb curries are wonderful! The Food is Yummy! Love the Buffet, it changes daily. Service is Good. Well, waiters are sort of pleasant. It's worth the experience if you have never had Indian Cuisine. Amazing Exotic Indian Cuisine 9/10/2008

Friendly waiters, great ambiance, BEST INDIAN FOOD IN GREATER NASHVILLE(and I've tried a lot of places). Very reasonable and delicious lunch and dinner specials, too.You can order anything on the menu, and you won't be disappointed. I enjoy starting the meal with vegetable samosas. They're not to heavy and are served with 3 delicious sauces (tamarind is my personal favorite). The mango lassis are fantastic, Well, enough said.I would recommend this restaurant for Nashvillers who want to experience a different part of the city. highly recommend it to others Pros: Delicious food, nice setting more

Great place for dinner 9/5/2008

I had a good experience on Friday, 7/18/08. I attended the dinner with my clients. The food was good and tasteful.They have a great selection of various dishes, and your choice of ""spiciness""!The reason why I rated the restaurant excellent, is because I have experienced better as far as indian food and atmosphere are concerned. i have been to this place twice with a group of friends (10+ people) and enjoyed both experiences there. The food was fantastic, this is the only time I eat lamb, especially the lamb & spinach dish, love it! I have been to quite a few Indian restaurants but have to say this one is my favorite. Service is friendly and fast. Because we are always such a large group, we always preorder and it works out perfect. I would recommend this place in a first. I would say this is a very good restaurant with excellent authentic food. I just loved everything they served. I am planning to go here again with a group of friends.The food is wonderful, especially at their lunch buffet (which is also inexpensive) The naan is fluffy and delicious, and the variety of food (paneer, dal, curry, and dessert) is exceptional. Their food is the best blend of spices my tastebuds have ever encountered and I would definetly recommend going here. more

Best Indian Buffet 6/28/2008

This is one of the best places for North Indian food in Nashville, the restaurant is spacious, with a very good and impressive spread. They have fresh kabab's and tikka's from the Tandoor, unlike other restaurants who serve the standard red color chicken tikka. The service is also very good. The buffet is definitely the best in town. Pros: great in everythg Cons: Cant find any more

The restaurant is beautiful and the ambience is very comfortable, yet stylish.The service was great and incredibly friendly. The bill was also very reasonable, especially for all that we had. Tony was very kind personally he knows me for long time. I always go there for lunch, but that day my friends insist me to go. we all had fun love to go and have that food again gulab jaamun was awsm wanna try again. best chicken ever had 6/15/2008

My father-in-law recommended this restaurant after I had arrived in the city for the summer. I was craving aloo gobi and roti, but found another dish that tickled my fancy; chicken vindaloo. To warn anyone out there that has not had this dish, its hot, very hot. However, it is hot in manner that is not pure pepper or temperature. The spices which season this dish are subtle but combine to make a powerful statement. It was wonderful. I cooled my palate down with a nice mango lassi. I have been back twice and have found the food to be always consistent. Pros: Food is worth the money, won't leave feeling empty more
